LisaRaye’s Philosophy On Life, Marriage and Money
In a revealing interview with UnsignedTheMagazine.com, actress LisaRaye gave a little more insight into her recently broken heart, her philosophy on life, making amends with her ex- husband, the former premier of T&C Islands; and her strained finances.
LR described her current status as “so on the market”:
You’ve got to do something different and step out on faith. You cannot bring your old baggage into something new. Learn from that, move forward and give love a chance. Love is a wonderful thing, it’s very powerful. I’m a fan of marriage, I’m a fan of belonging to someone and I would love to belong with someone because it’s easier to fight life with a partner than not. Someone to have your back, bounce ideas off of, to encourage you and build you up, someone that’s ultimately your best friend.
Her philosophy on life and her finances:
“Prayer, and failure is not an option. I love life, I love living life, and I love laughing. I prefer to look at the glass as half-full instead of seeing it as half-empty and trust this, I had my ‘Lord Have Mercy’ Fund off to the side. That’s the money that you need to have when it gets bad, but I’m still in this economy like everyone else thinking about, ‘okay, where’s the money coming in?’ My reserves are dwindling down, so that is why I’m back to business, back to doing me, back to my career, so I’m very grateful that I have an opportunity and a place to return to, that my fans are telling me ‘we want to see you on the big screen, we miss you, welcome back.’ And that speaks volumes to me.”

Lawrence Taylor’s Wife is in Denial
Lawrence Taylor’s 3rd wife appeared on The Insider last night to defend her man against serious, career-ending charges that he raped a 16-year-old girl in a NY hotel room last week.
Taylor was arrested May 6th and charged with third-degree statutory rape and patronizing a prostitute. He was released on $75,000 bail.
Despite the fact that Taylor admitted paying the runaway teen $300 to perform sexual favors, his wife adamantly insists that her husband did nothing wrong.
Let’s look at the facts:
Taylor admitted paying the teenager for sex. The teenager told her uncle and police she had sexual intercourse with the Pro Football Hall of Famer. A used condom was found inside Taylor’s Holiday Inn motel room. What more evidence does his wife need? Certainly this isn’t the first time LT has ordered up a prostitute while on the road.
But it is easy to understand why his wife would stand by him: they need the cash. That rape charge hanging over LT’s head will certainly chase away the last few endorsements he has left.

Sean “Puffy” Combs was one of the notable music industry veterans who didn’t bother to visit rapper T.I. when he was locked up inside a federal prison last year. I hear T.I. took notes on who didn’t stop by — those notes includes everyone except for rapper Nelly who drove his tour bus to Arkansas to visit the rubber band man.
So it’s interesting to see that T.I. agreed to appear on this Dirty Money track and in the video. These chicks are extremely boring to me. I still don’t understand why Sean signed them. He should really give up the music thing and focus on his other ventures.
Dead Pirates: “Russian Soldiers Stormed Ship and Killed All of Our Men”
It’s difficult to feel sorry for armed Somali pirates who routinely hijack ships in international waters, holding crew and cargo for ransom.
Some pirates get lucky and make off with millions in cash in return for the safe passage of the ship’s crew and cargo.
But these days most Somali pirates end up sleeping with the fishes.
The Somali pirates in the photo above are all deceased now according to a Somali pirate spokesman.
The “young men” had the misfortune of boarding a Russian oil tanker last week (the MV Moscow University carrying 86,000 tons of oil). The pirates held the tanker’s crew of 23, plus the oil, for ransom.
Obviously the Russians feel some kind of way about their oil. So the Russian troopers who stormed the ship decided not to take names, ranks or serial numbers. They simply lined the pirates up on the deck, shot them each point blank in the head and dumped their bodies over the railing — this, according to the pirate spokesman.
But the Russians have an entirely different version of the events that took place last week. The soldiers say the pirates were “released” on the open sea and they simply never made it back to shore.
But the pirate spokesman disputes the Russians:
“The Russians never released the young men. Instead they shot them point-blank range then loaded their lifeless bodies back on the boat,” he said.
Is Hillary Clinton Throwing Obama Under The Bus For A 2012 Run?
Fox News host Bill O’Reilly and Fox contributor Dick Morris both seem to think Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is just biding her time until she can run against Barack Obama for president in 2012.
On 60 Minutes earlier this week, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton commented that the American economy is making it more difficult for her to do her job because other nations are telling her that “we always look to you because you have this great economy, and now you’re in the ditch.” Bill O’Reilly saw “a little jab” at the President in those comments, blaming the White House for her job troubles, but guest Dick Morris took that premise a bit further, suggesting the remarks, coupled with her silence on health care reform, were a deliberate attempt to undermine the President building up to 2012.“I think there is a subtle distancing going on, and it began over health care,” Morris noted, pointing out that Clinton was not vocal about supporting health care reform. She sure wasn’t. We heard nary a peep from Hillary when it came time to support Obama’s health care reform initiative. She pretty much stayed out of it.
Will Hillary make a run for president in 2012 and thereby oust her boss from the White House? You bet ‘cha!
