Pop singer Alicia Keys performed live at the 2010 World Cup Soccer Opening Celebration concert in Johannesburg, South Africa today. The World Cup soccer matches runs today through July 11 from 10 stadiums in 9 cities throughout S. Africa.

I will only say about AK skin, the lights are hot, the makeup is caked on and she is in Africa. South Africa, North Africa, White Africa, Black Africa, anyway you slice it Africa is hot.

#1. The Mashonda jokes and references are getting old.

#2. AK is first off human so she is prone to acne/bad skin. Is everyone else skin flawless on this blog??? I guess it just simple humor for some and it makes others feel better about themselves that they have one up on AK.

#3. She is pregnant and I’ve seen a whole lot of my female coworkers go from good to bad once they go pregnant…..acne, weight gain, skin darkening, stretch marks and etc. So its not surprising that AK is going through this rough time.

I’m not a stan (I might sound like one right now) but sometimes I think bloggers go overboard with their comments/opinions.

Girl, we were at a bowling alley for a family outing. There were about 18 of us total. Well, some song by one of those young “hood” artists came on and my son went crazy! He was dancing non-stop for about three songs. Some man came up to my brother and said he was admiring my son’s moves. He had the nerve to claim his son could dance better than mine. THE NERVE!!! That man brought is son over and it was a dance off! When I tell you my son would tag his cousins in and they would take turns dancing against the little boy. At one point, my nephews and son said eff it and just formed a dancing circle around the little boy. I felt like I was an extra in “Breaking 2010″….

at least yours stopped close enough for you to take a piece. My hair has only grown a little pass my shoulders BUT I always cut it so I’ve never gotten to see it’s full potential. My intentions after I let it grow out this time is to test it. My hair gets real kinky (not nappy with biddy b’s) and I MUST have a relaxer every 4 weeks.

Free mine is really short now since i wear it natural so I put some conditoner or moisturizer on it and go and when I really wanna be fancy I will definitely sleep in a curl bag! SO when people ask If I have a texturizer I just tell them no it’s that 1/16 of whitw and 1/32 of Indian! LOL
