Common and Serena Are Still Together
Well, that didn’t take long.
According to HipHollywood.com, rapper Common and his longtime girlfriend, tennis superstar Serena Williams are still together, despite rumors of their breakup dominating the blogs last week.
That’s sure to be bad news to Common’s adoring groupies who thought they had a chance at love with their idol.
Reports suggesting the couple had split were sparked last month (5/10) after the hip-hop star took his mum as his date to the premiere of romantic comedy Just Wright.
But Common has revealed to HipHollywood.com he’s still with Williams and is planning to cheer on his girlfriend of two years as she competes in the French Open in Paris later this week (5/31).

I actually love them as a couple.
As a black woman who moderately works out during the week, I know it is very hard to maintain a fly hairstyle. If she is getting it in (like I think she is) sweating her hair out daily, she gets a pass on the hair. I would give up rocking the nicest hairstyle for her wealth, fitness and tennis expertise any day!!!!!!
@NY I have locs and I go hard in the gym just like I did when I had a perm. I never let my hair stop me from working out! I still say Serena has enough money where her hair doesnt have to look as busted (though she has improved over the yrs) off the court.
She looks like she has a weave on top of a fade. Other than that, she is a pretty girl, and I think they make a cute couple.:kiss:

Common and I actually don’t find Serena ugly. She’s not a conventional beauty by any means but it works for her. Plus the fact that she seems like she doesn’t give a crap about what people think of her gives her extra points in my book. Anyway, I like them as a couple so I’m happy to hear this

oh @Daisy I missed SYTYCD last week. I’m TOO mad. I have it set to record the series now and saw some of the auditions on youtube. Loved dude from last year who came back (the odd boy) and those Latin ballroom dancers DID THAT, oh and that black guy from Miami. I saw about 6 performances.
I give Serena a pass too….its hard to keep your hair looking right when you work out everyday. She should just let the wigs go.

It makes sense. I heard Kim K. and Paris Hilton were more interested in what they looked like and were bad lays, I didn’t see either of thier sex tapes but I did see Kim on dancing w/the stars and it struck me as odd w/all that butt and liking black men that she has no rythmn.
