I live on the same street as the store in Coral Gables “Miracle Mile” and I visited the store to shop with one of my friends who is a stylist. We walked in and Evelyn was in the store sitting in a chair. The sales person NOR Evelyn didn’t open their mouth to speak , they continued their conversation as if we weren’t in there store with them. There are hardly ANY shoes in the store and the shoes ran from $250-1,000 by designers whom I’ve never heard of and I am the Queen of Hott shoes and I spend lots on my shoes. After about 10mins of looking around I asked rather a shoes came in Red and instead of looking it up the sales person answered, “I dont know” and Evelyn says ,”It only comes in black.” At this point I was pissed because here I am ready to go on a shoes spree and this chick is treating me like I don’t have any money! Can’t judge a book by its cover. She was a great example of how you have to treat every customer good because you don’t know a “fan” from a serious shopper! My friend is a stylist for several celebrities and could have helped put this store on the map but poor service is never a plus. She EVER asked did we need help and we were in the store 20mins and the store is very small and we were the ONLY people in the store! Auntie Sandra I give this store AND its owner Two thumbs down, I left there and spent $1,500 at Nordstrom’s the same day on shoes and the service there was Amazing. Sorry Evelyn !
