Is Bobbi Kristina Bleaching?
I already know the unfortunate answer to my own question. Some of you will make excuses (the angle of the sun, makeup, etcetera).
But the reality is that she’s bleaching. Studies have shown that skin bleaching can be detrimental to our health and can even led to skin disorders including skin cancer.
It really is a shame that Bobbi Kristina feels the media driven pressure to be light skinned with long hair. Any LSLH chick will tell you that life for them is not a bed of roses.
She was such a beautiful little brown skin baby.

Naw, I doubt it. To me, her legs look the same color as her face and arms. Unless people bleach their whole body, I’m going to say, as you predicted, Sandra, that it’s the angle of the sun.

Stop playing, Sandra. BK is not bleaching, it is obvious that in the older pic, she had been out in the sun for awhile. Most of our skin tone changes based on how much we’ve been in the sun etc. I am dark skin and I know I am darker in the summer months than in the winter. My kids are “coolies” but by the end of the summer, they are usually darker than me.
Sandra when you’re a damn child playing in the sun all day you tend to become darker than the actual skin color you were born with….when you get older, you do less running around in the sun and your tone is somewhat restored/evens out…..I know you know that right??
I was black as wesley snipes when I was in elementary school acting a fool in the neighborhood…running the streets wit my boys being TOMISH…as I got older my tone evened out….and im lighter than I was…not even tryna be a lslh at all….never bleached even when my mama tried to make me use that bleach cream that smells like onions…

Depends on if it is summer or fall. When summer comes children like to get in the pool for most of the summer. That may have been the issue back then. She looks the same to me.

Don’t take it personal, men are wired differently. I grew up in a household in which we always said “I Love You”. Those are still our last words to each other when we hang up the phone. @Latech I thought about braces long and hard in my early/mid 20s but decided against it. I was picked on as well but it never bothered me I got my gap and hair from my Papa so I can’t close it

I don’t remember between me and my husband who said “I Love You ” first. I do know that if I did not ask him to marry me that I would not have 13 yrs, of marriage under my belt. Men are “fickle”, scared, afraid we will reject them. I don’t see anything wrong with a woman going after what she wants, and lets the other person know how she feels. Nothing wrong with feeling/being vulnerable. Men are just afarid of telling their feelings as we are. I am talking about “grown” ppl. Nobody wants to get their feelings hurt by stating what their heart feels. Everyday we live we take a “chance”. None of us our promised tomorrow and I think that does define what we share “NOW”.
My skin color changes. If they were at an amusement park that would explain why the darkened skin. My son came back in the house after a 1 day of landscaping about 3 shades darker.

I don’t think Bobbie Kristina is bleaching. My daughter was light then dark and is now light again. Some people’s color does change with age. Her teeth, however, need some attention.
