Idiot Throws Beer, Ice at The Game and His Son

Why would anyone — drunk or sober — throw beer and ice at a man holding his small child? Are thugs that damn disrespectful?

According to Chopitupmag.com, slight mayhem ensued when outraged rapper The Game leaped into an audience looking for the nut who doused his son with a cup of beer and ice at a recent concert:

Not everybody was showing California love for The Game and his two small sons when the West Coast rapper appeared on stage with some of his label mates and crew. The Game had just shared a heartwarming commentary on his love for the city, when Young Jeezy’s Lose My Mind-which The Game called his favorite joint-began to play, when a cup of beer and ice flew from the audience-and dashed The Game and his small son, who was in his arms!

“Hey yo, whoever just threw that fucking cup and beer on my kids, you about to get fucked up, and I’m about to get sued for it”, The Game announced after stopping the music. His goons then jumped into the crowd and The Game implored the crowd to point out the offender. Slight mayhem ensues as panicked people who are pointed out realize something bad is gonna happen-but aren’t sure exactly what.

I have a co-worker whose husband is a VIP in our company. She can’t speak a’likka English…she speaks some sort of hybrid between French and the Queen’s English, so it’s very cumbersome to teach her or even have a conversation with her AND she loves to talk. I mean, she is notorious for it. People send me little emails snickering about her talking..

Anyway, I’m too nice, so I always listen! Most people she “traps” (because she corners you…) into convos get out of it by being what I consider “rude”….. She is my subordinate, but I can’t tell her that chit! I will tell her to do something and eventually I just end up doing it myself.

She has been here for 2 yrs, still can’t do simple chit like “data entry” (in Excel no less ) and I just pick up the slack…like I said, it’s not much work they just needed something for her to do…How do I tell my boss that I am done with her! I will quit this muthflucka YESTERDAY if she says one more thing to me! Did I mention I’m too nice? I have TRIED to have this conversation a couple of times, but my boss has a way of ….just a way to make you think it’s not really a problem…like she will calm you down…a walking aromatherapy..but really, I’m sick of it. #Help

Im a big fan of writing letters in the workplace. It leaves a paper trail and is a good way to CYA. I would simply state that while you enjoy________, unfortunately you feel at a loss because there seems to be some type of miscommunication due to a possible language barrier and you are unsure of how to rectify the situation and would like to receive suggestions on what to do. This makes it seem as though you are trying to help ________ and not just complain, while also letting it be known aint ish getting done.

Her kids spent the summer in France and at this very moment I am hearing all about it. I am deeply annoyed especially since I gave her some chit that she should be over there doing.

Well I definitely feel your pain…I just had to go off at my job for a similar reason although this person was born and raised here. LOL. It sounds like they are choosing to willingly turna blind eye to the situation. If you feel that you have had enough and you know you will be ok if you leave, I say go for it. Its unhealthy to have high stress levels and bad feelings when it can be avoided.

@Choc. HER husband is not my boss, BUT he and I have the same FINAL(?) boss, and different Team Leaders (he is his own TL really).

He is very accomplished and I am not taking anything away from that; ITS HIS WIFE THAT IS AN IDIOT. And I dont want the lady to lose her job, or me, mine. I just want her to leave me alone.

I understand. I wouldnt say Im stuck in my situation, but the job I have now allows me a lot of flexibilty. So I say my piece and keep it moving. I told my supervisor that if it doesnt get better I may have to bounce and she knows I mean it so she went to her boss…who did not a damn thing. But like you I notate and document it all. I have to be careful because there are cliques where I work, which is why I came home…who knew the heffa would follow me!

I can’t say I blame him for getting upset. It was stupid and had it been something hard, it could have hurt that baby.

We needed some extra help so my boss hired a temp. He wanted to “give the old guy a chance” – nothing wrong with that, right??? Girrrrlllll, he showed up to work and instantly I could tell he’s a few french fries short of a happy meal. Dude, is not all the way there. He constantly makes mistakes and I constantly have to fix them. I think to myself “I might as well have did the sh.it the first time” – but everytime I have to correct him, I send him an email and CC my boss. Im thinking eventually he’ll (my boss) open his eyes and see that dude is NOT good for this position. I have nothing against old people, but they (my co workers) tend to think I just dont like him cause he’s old. But really though?? Im the youngest one in my dept, always have been, so its really not a problem. The problem is, HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND the concept of our job.
