That's what I'm saying. If got got a lump sum of money I'm first buying straight cash my house. At least if something happens you can pull out some equity. I just don't understand why they don't pay cash and put money in escrow for the property taxes. Maybe they pay out right and just can't afford the property taxes :shrugs: @winenroses….
