Singer Alicia Keys took music producer Kasseem Dean’s hand in marriage on Saturday somewhere in the Mediterranean.

Kasseem, who goes by the nom de guerre, Swizz Beatz, was given away by his oldest son. Yes, the roles of Alicia and Swizz should be reversed, but we know who wears the pants in that family.

Also on saturday, Tameka Foster’s other ex-husband, Ryan Glover, married his longtime sweetheart Marsha in a classy waterfront wedding in Atlanta. I guess people don’t get married in churches anymore.

T.I. and Tiny also got married on Saturday in Miami. They held their reception at club Cameo on South Beach. Word out of Miami yesterday was how heated T.I. was that guests uploaded tacky pictures from the wedding to the Internet.

From what I was told months ago, there would be a blockade on photos from the wedding, because, as you know, celebrity weddings are big business. There’s nothing wrong with making a little money to offset the costs of your wedding. So the exclusive photos will be sold to the highest bidder: a national magazine, probably US Weekly or OK! mag.

Within minutes of the couple saying their “I do’s,” Twitpics were flooding Twitter.com and I was appalled at the quality of the photos. They were all horrible.

I can’t blame T.I. for being heated: those pics were truly a disgrace and shows some of us for what we are: a culture with no class.

Question: what recent wedding have you ever seen tacky Twitpics sent out from?

Twitpics are for Twitter.com, not to document a special occasion like a wedding. That’s why couples go to the trouble to hire great wedding photographers to capture their special memories. I feel bad for Tiny and T.I. because those amateur pics made their wedding look tacky and ghetto. The occasion was their wedding day, not a concert or a an after party.

Shame on those guests who disrespected the sanctity of the occasion by uploading dark, blurry Twitpics without any consideration for Tiny and T.i. on their special day. Of course there are people who will say, ‘oh, you’re just being a hater.’

But let’s be honest: if this was anybody else’s wedding, we would have all waited for the professional pictures to be released because the guests would have had respect for the bride and groom.

More pics of Alicia Keys and her blushing bride Swizz Beatz.

Janet Jackson’s ex, Jermaine Dupri and his boy Usher attended Tiny and T.I.’s wedding reception at club Cameo in Miami. Usher looks like he’s asking for JD’s hand in marriage.

Other couples jumping the broom on Saturday included Bill and Hillary’s daughter Chelsea Clinton, Atlanta Hawks star Josh Smith (to his lady love, Alex); DJ Jazzy Jeff to his baby mama Lynette.

Congrats to all the happy couples!
