Celebs Out & About: Ciara, Justin Bieber, Jaden Smith
Singer Ciara attended Lord & Taylor’s “Ultimate Face Lift” event in NYC yesterday.
Afterwards, she attended her 25th birthday celebration at greenhouse in NYC last night. Who else thought Ciara was older than 25?
Justin Bieber, left, who is 16, sat at courtside eating cotton candy with his pal Jaden Smith — who is 12 — at the LA Lakers game. The two are very good friends and Jaden often flies in on private jet (at great expense to his parents) to attend Justin’s concerts. I think it’s cute that Will and Jada allow their 12-year-old to pal around with Justin, who will be 17 in less than 5 months.

It’s nice and sunny here. I have something to cheer you up. I hit snooze too many times this morning. I did finally get up, jump in the shower etc…. While walking from my car to my office I noticed I was walking funny, I just thought it was because I was not quite awake. I sat at my desk from 9-noon. At noon I walked in the back to fax something. I realized my walk was still funny. I look down and I have on two different shoes. One is round in the front w/a thick heel, the other shoe is pointed w/a slim heel.
I wasn’t late for work and both shoes are black.
Ciara it shows that even you think your 15 min is up! Wearing Kim K’s clothes exactly the way she wore the same outfit is a BIG NO!

I like both of Ciara’s dresses even though I can’t see all of the red one. Yep it is hard to believe she’s only 25; 30 yes, 25 not so much.
Hollywood folks are different than us. In a lot of their world kids can do what they want and if 12 yr. Jaden wants to hang with 16 yr. old Justin, doggone he can.
I think Kim’s makeup makes her look like she had surgery on her face because like in this picture right here she looks like her old self (in a good way).

Ditsyness, LOL. Once after work I went to the hair salon, I sat in the chair and my stylist said I had on mix matched shoes. They were the same shoe only one was navy and one was black. I guess I’m ditsy or was color blind that day.

Over the years, I’ve learned some people (including family) does not always have your best interest at heart.Hell, sometimes they could care less about your well being. You are right on point a lot of them don’t like to see you do good either and the fake backazz handed love is not my cup of tea – but I always felt like I had to be loyal and you know try to keep the family unit together but you can’t make someone be something they are not so now I keep them at a healthy distance and it will stay that way for the rest of my life! I use to feel guilt hurt or shame becuz I don’t like who they are I love them but I do not like them – MY therapist basically gave me the green light to say eff it I gotta do me!

@Choco: Like yourself, I am extremely family oriented. When people are low on cash and food, I do what I can. I make it a point to call and/or visit family members every week, come to my nieces and nephews (there’s 14 of them)award ceremonies and extracirricular activities. Whatever they needed, I was always there. It got to the point where I was supporting everyone and no one was supporting me. If I needed something which is rare, no picked up my calls or responded to text messages. I would invite them to events, they’d agree to come and never show up. Hell, to this day; no one calls (with an exception of a few)to check on me to see how me and my kids are doing. But yet, they get themselves into avoidable drama and look for me to come save the day. Y’all got it!!

You wouldn’t sound as if you’re whining to me. I don’t see anything wrong with someone wanting to receive the same love, dedication and support they give returned back to them. Family is supposed to be a support system. When the world turns its back on me, I should know beyond a shadow of doubt that my family will be there for me without any questions. Unfortunately, it’s just not that way. People are selfish and only want to show support when it’s convenient for them. I’ve accepted it and I’ve moved on. Their loss as far as I’m concerned.

This sounds harsh but if you extending yourself to your family doesn’t personally benefit you, don’t do it! People will use and abuse you, take your last dollar if you gave it to them; and wouldn’t be concerned in the least bit on how taking your last would affect you. If they call, pick up and talk to them, give encouraging words if needed but outside of that, don’t give of yourself. It’ll hurt like hell to tell people no or not help hem out when they are in a bind. Trust me, I am the most giving and accepting person you will ever meet but you have to have a limit to your love.
