New Music: Keyshia Cole ft. Nicki Minaj – I Ain’t Thru

R&B Diva Keyshia Cole got a leg up on the bootleggers and hackers today by leaking her debut single on her Twitter page. The track is titled “I Ain’t Thru” featuring Nicki Minaj.

The single is off her much anticipated album titled simply Keyshia, which is set for a December release! Keyshia brings the heat to all her haters.

I have all of KColes cds (enjoyed them all) alot of ppl didnt like her last one but I still listen to it

As for her new single its ok I like the beat but didnt need Icky on the track. I need her to come a little harder but I am still a fan. She said there more than likely will be another season of her reality show.

That’s the one where she was yelling and screaming about love till the vein burst in her neck. Thank the good Lord in heave she has grown vocally somewhat since then. And that pic sucks. Her beautiful face looks hard and old in it.

I like it. She sounds sooooooo much better. I always knew there was a voice in there. She just needed a vocal coach or something. I’m very impressed by these vocals. Go Key!

Sorry Keyshia, this is weak. Monotonous, flat and one-dimensional. Disappointed that Keyshia was gone for such a long time and this is all she came up with. Remix needed ASAP. Please call Missy Elliott.

So I agree with the earlier post Keyshia’s first album stayed in heavy rotation. I have all three and Im a die hard fan, but Im not buying this track at all…I can only hope she has more engaging tracks.Auntie if this is her way to see if the fans would like this as the first single…I vote N…O…in my eyes Keyshia is a younger version of Mary, beautiful and soulful. If she is all about growth then she should know there is no need to send a shot out to the haters…she should be singing her heart out about her new found happiness, so I can learn the lyrics and sing along with her…in the shower of course.

First album was definetly her best work. I love that song. I just want it to be over. The video where she was in that abandon building walking past those open door ways with people cheating and stuff. I think she should do a remake on Love Don’t Live Here Anymore,by Rose Royce her voice would be perfect for a song like that. The problem with these new artist is that their music is too trendy, they need to visit some of the old videos of the artist and groups from the 70’s and incorporate that style into today’s format.

I’m a huge KC fan but this song is garbage. I’m just sayin…

What really makes Keysh look really bad is the fact that Nicki got on the track and killed it and she’s only the feature artist! It aint even her song!

I see the potential in the song but Keysh needs to go back to the lab with this one. It’s just like she was on there saying whatever first came to her mind. “I’m shining like my diamonds, my purse, my shoes” WTF
