Singer Usher attended a photo call for his OMG Tour 2011 at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin, Germany yesterday. Unlike a lot of so-called celebrities, Usher is always graciously accommodating to the paparazzi.
Yesterday, Ush tweeted this pic of himself in Berlin. According to UpscaleHype, he was wearing a Balenciaga jacket from the Mens’s Fall 2010 Collecton and a $600 pair of Dita Grandmaster-Three sunglasses.
BET’s 106 & Park continued its 10th Anniversary celebration yesterday, bringing out more stars past & present, including Ashanti, the self-proclaimed “Mr. 106 & Park,” Bow Wow, and convicted woman beater chris brown.

Black Judge Rejects Plea Deal for ‘White Boy’
A seasoned Allegheny County judge recused himself from a case after he practically accused a prosecutor of being a racist.
According to online reports, Common Pleas Judge Joseph K. Williams, who is black, rejected a deal to allow a white defendant — Jeffery McGowan, 24, to plead guilty in exchange for 3 months’ probation.
McGowan stood accused of fighting with a police officer during a traffic stop.
Assistant District Attorney Brian Catanzarite attempted to negotiate a plea deal of 3 months probation for McGowan who did not have a criminal record.
“Catanzarite for some reason comes up with I think ridiculous pleas whenever it’s a young white guy,” an exasperated Williams said from the bench. “I’m just telling you what my observation is. If this had been a black kid who did the same thing, we wouldn’t be talking about three months’ probation.”
A shocked Catanzarite explained that he was standing in for another prosecutor, who negotiated the case.
“Now that the court has essentially called me a racist, I think that’s unfair. I don’t make offers based on race. I make offers based on facts,” Catanzarite said.
Another attorney in the courtroom at the time, Giuseppe Roselli, questioned whether Williams was rejecting the plea because McGowan is white.
“Not because he’s white, but because it’s a ridiculous plea that only goes to white boys that come into this court for the same facts, and I’m not going for it,” the judge responded.
After Williams recused himself from the case, Mike Manko, a spokesman for District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr., said the plea deal was appropriate and agreed to by the officer, who was not injured.
“Negotiated pleas are never based on the race of a particular defendant but rather on the behavior of the defendant and the facts associated with that behavior,” Manko said.
Selita Ebanks is Officially Kanye West’s New Professional ‘Beard’
Sometime model Selita Ebanks is officially producer/rapper Kanye West’s new beard. For those who don’t know: the term ‘beard’ means a woman, usually a lesbian, who provides an illusion of heterosexuality by pretending to be the girlfriend of a well-to-do down low gay man.
I’m sure Selita appreciates the finer things in life. There is no shortage of fine things that Kanye’s money can buy her. She’s a beautiful girl, so I know she can find a real man. But maybe it’s not a man that she’s looking for?
Despite Selita’s strong denials that they are in a relationship, the odd couple attended the Grazia Masquerade Ball at Opera Garnier yesterday in Paris last night.
Not surprisingly, Kanye’s former beard, Amber Rose, who is bisexual, is also in Paris. Amber was spotted attending the Louis Vuitton fashion show during Paris Fashion Week today.

Morning Wood: LeBron James
Today’s Morning Wood, NBA superstar LeBron James, was spotted at a preseason workout at a Air Force Base near Fort Walton Beach, Florida last week. Despite his strenuous daily workouts, LeBron still strained his hamstring in yesterday Miami Heat season opener in Miami.
LeBron limped off the court after playing for 3 minutes before a nearly sold out crowd. Correction: it was Lebron’s teammate Dwyane Wade who strained his hamstring.
I am shocked that the NBA’s superteam of LeBron, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh failed to sell out the American Airlines Arena in their first game.
The Miami HEAT beat the hapless Detroit Pistons by a score of 105-89. Afterwards, LeBron and his boo Savannah went out to dinner with friends. I was promised those pics by a friend, but I don’t see them in my Inbox.
