An emotionally distraught Tiny Harris leaned on her friend, R&B singer Monica, as they left the Russell B. Federal building. Tiny reportedly “burst into tears when a judge handed down T.I.’s sentence of 11 months.

Sandra you can keep saying he is free while he appeals the decision til you’re blue in the face and it still won’t make it true. This ain’t not trial. Its a violation. And I’m still not getting any answers to the post in his sentencing post. How did he get away with TWO “diluted” urine tests prior to his arrest? Why is that Cortez negro still free? The AJC said he was the middle man in the gun case against T.I. Wasn’t it the middle man that got caught and snitched on T.I.? If so,
He got what he deserved. He knows what he is and is not supposed to do and he violated his parole. I have no sympathy for celebrities that have the world at their fingertips yet still manage to break the law. Hopefully he will learn his lesson this go round in prison.

I am too mad at T.I. right now to feel sorry for him. As I said on another blog today, I don’t know why these celebrities keep doing stupid stuff thinking they are above the law. I don’t know that I fully buy the line that he is addicted to drugs. If he really is, I do feel sorry for him. BUT…keep your drugging at home or in the studio, not out in the streets where you can get caught.
As trynabeme said : no calls, no visits no nothing. That’s how we had to do a family member of mine. Got out of jail after doing a long bid and then gets locked back up for stupid stuff like driving with no license. WTH?

I really do believe that him and Tiny are hooked. So hooked that he wouldn’t follow Lindsay’s example and check into rehab right after his arrest. He couldn’t pull himself away from it to even do that to impress the judge. Went into court begging like a damn fiend. Don’t nobody want to hear your cracky tales.

I dont understand why people are all upset and feeling sorry for TIP. These were FEDERAL CHARGES not state this was a FEDERAL PROBATION not state/county probation. The FEDS dont play with NOBODY,he thought his celebrity was going to get him out and that good deed he did on Wednesday. Nawww the FEDS dont work that way. He already had a sweet deal with doing 1yr and 1day and rest on probation. The average person would have did all the time behind bars. With FEDS you will do ALL your time. No good behavior and what ever else the county offer. People should be happy that his getting punish for his actions because we have seen so many celebrities serve no time for their actions.

Damn I feel bad for the kids because I know exactly what they’re going through. With my dad being a drug dealer and always in and out of jail. He’s in right now, with his stupid behind. I’m just mad because I REALLY like this couple. I keep rooting for them and they keep messing up for the hell of it. Do they have any friends of quality? @Online I don’t think its race on this one, they went against the norm for a fed gun case of that size and let him serve only 1 year and a day behind bars, let him extend the day he needed to turn himself in by months so he could tie up loose ends and do community service and then not even 6 months out he gets busted AGAIN, they had to make an example of him on this one although he’s still getting off easy since he only got 11 months… jmo though

Well not too long ago another blog reported that T.I beat the crap out of tiny right after they boarded a flight and he had to be pulled off of her. this broad must suffer from battered womens syndrome to deal with this crap. So much I’ve heard of Tiny dealing with T.I. for the sake of having a man. All i have to say is GOD don’t like ugly and he’s getting just what he deserves. Black people with money what a way to go.
T.I. was probably thinking Man I’m about to go in here and get my Lindsay Lohan on, do a 30 day bid, go to rehab for a week, and see you on the flip side. The judge through a whole box of salt on that game plan. You’re in Atlanta not L.A., those are federal charges, and you should be happy it’s only 11 months.
Get your life together or we’ll be seeing this same story unfold next year. I guess we won’t get an MTV special out of this bid.

i have a friend that has worked his ass off to pay his fine and show up and check in with his parole officer every time that man calls his name and took a job paying pennies while he is trying to live and survive as a man and they want to violate him for taking too long to pay his fine when he has a child and a job that doesnt pay well and cant find another job because he has a record FOR DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE. so this is the only job he can take now just to pay his fine and they want to violate for him taking too long to pay!!! meanwhile his probation is up next month. the officer has been looking to violate the past 4 months and couldnt find anything but this. he is doing right by his probation for a bull**** charge and TI makes millions goes right back to work making money and messes it up all over again bec he cant smoke his dope at home? who does that? driving around in a maybach smoking weed having pills and being black? cops are looking for that. and what kind of woman doesnt tell her man listen, if you want to be a part of this family, you better start acting right or get out. you arent going to leave me hanging because of your stupidity. but instead she participates in it?
