Kate Gosselin: ‘My kids were not expelled from school’

Remember when I wrote about Kate Gosselin snapping on one of her kids and beating the child in front of paparazzi? Well, 2 of her brats have now been expelled from their private school and are being home schooled, according to online reports.

Naturally, mama Gosselin denies that her precious babies were expelled.

“The school would never use that word,” Gosselin, 35, assured People.com after news of two of her 6-year-old sextuplets supposedly being expelled. “[The school] did not feel like they could meet their needs anymore, so it was decided they should leave, for now.”

That’s a nice way of saying that Alexis and Collin are special needs children.

Kate tells People.com that the children are experiencing personal problems stemming from their parents’ divorce.

“They’ve been the ones to verbalize the most that they miss Daddy. I could see that they’re the ones struggling the most,” she said of Alexis and Collin.

It must be rough raising all those kids. I think that reality show is putting to much stress on those children. And constantly hearing about kate & her tanning, pedi/manicuring while that poor nanny takes care of the kids (if she hasn’t quit like the others) is gonna raise some eyebrows with CYS soon.

We’ll see how adverse the show’s affect was on them when they grow up to terrorize the population.

I read that she gets close to a hundred grand per episode.. those children are exposed to things that would probably not be available had she NOT been on the show.. totally understand your point, but they look to be “living a lot better now- Gucci sweaters now” ( drop top BM’s – she da man girlfriend

This happened a while back and it’s pretty much been confirmed that they were kicked out for “bullying” and “acting out” in school. Kate was on E! News a couple weeks ago talking about it.

Makes me think of my homegirl’s house when we were younger and her momma just yelled “everybody on the freezer”…they had a big deep freezer and each one lined up and dropped their pants. I asked her once how come everybody got to get it. Her momma said “this house little as hell, if you didn’t do it you was watching it happen and therefore just as wrong.” Oh okay then. So after the whoopins you knew who actually did it because they were the one nobody was speaking to.

I watched the show from the beginning – from when Kate was still working as a nurse on the weekends with 8 babies at home.
Yes, Kate did talk down to Jon, but Jon acted like one of the kids. When you have 8 kids, you need an active partner.
Parents of high-order multiples have a very high divorce rate. Look at the other sextuplets where the cops had to threaten dad with taser to calm down. Even on their show the couple was already in therapy. The stress must be incredible.
And btw, Alexis was always acting up. They nicknamed her Sassy for a reason. For a while she was sleeping in a separate room from her sibs, because she kept disrupting their sleep. With 8 kids, not all of them are going to behave well.

Show or no show, my grandmothers on both sides of my family had 9 kids, pretty much back to back, and none of them had NONE of the problems this chick has. She might be a mom, but a real MOTHER can handle her business. Kate needs to start taking care of her kids instead of being on TV doing interviews about why and how her 2 of her kids are “special needs children.” “Special needs” my a**. Get off t.v., and get your life together, because you have a LONG ROAD ahead of when they become teenagers..

Woooow. Errbody beating they kids up in here lol. I have to say as a child I never got spankings or beat when I was out of line. My father would lecture me for EVER until I wanted to bang my head against the wall and come up with more torturous forms of punishment for a child. Like having to do everybody chores. Doing the neighbors house work, grandma’s house work, yard work, cleaning gutter’s all that kind of stuff starting at a young age. When I was done with all that I had to go sit in my room. No TV. Toys taken away and I would have to write essays about why whatever I did was wrong and what I learned from it. Trust me after doing all that, I would welcome a spanking. Doing all that stuff is tiring. Needless to say I didn’t get in trouble much.
