Thank you, I frequent your blog daily, and as an American woman, I am happy and sad for a number of reasons. I’m happy that FINALLY an African American blogger such as yourself uses your media/gossip outlet to display and educate my fellow citizens on serious issues that are facing us. The video of the Sudan woman being beaten brought imminent tears and state of awe at the way Muslim women around the globe are being treated due to foolish event we take for granted. And what sicken me is the comments by individual on your blog. Here we have a woman publicly flocked for basically nothing while many laugh, and many see no problem with that.
OUR president files a complain to the United Nations about inhumane treatment by the state of Arizona for securing its boarder, and the very country publicly flocking a woman is the one on the U.N. board judging AMERICA for violating human rights. An many see no issue here, what is going on with my fellow country men, what? Are we so blind by our own freedom, that others seeking the same is throw aside an cast as unimportant…why? You mention Shria Law and President Obama wanting it practice here in the U.S.(which you are So right), and the reaction was disturbing to me.
No one took this matter as inhumane and wrong, many questioned what is the President ties to this event. I’m troubled that many are still walking with blinders on, and thinking this country is being run perfectly, by and known incompetent radical leader. Thank you for being a true patriot, and telling the truth when many are so blind to it. I hope the ones who can’t see severe issues beyond our presidents color, wake up, because our country is slowly being transform and our constitution is being walked on and raped on my the very ones the believe has our best interest at heart.
Thank you Sandra Rose, PLEASE continue to post the issues that affects us a Americans and Global Citizens, because of your blog, (THE ONLY ONE THAT TOUCHES ON REAL IMPORTANT ISSUES THAT AFFECTS US ALL), MANY are aware and awake, BUT EVEN MORE still have their heads in the sand and are unaware that a game is being played here while our freedom, and lives at stake.

Sandra,
Greetings to you and yours this holiday season.
I just want to say that I’ve read your blog for the past several months. I’ve found it entertaining and at times even informative, however I noticed a couple of recurring themes…First, whats the issue that you have with LSLH chicks???
It seems that if a female has a light complexion and long hair, you always find a beef. Sandra, how small and petty. I am very disappointed that you would use your forum to spread ignorance, hate and bigotry, based on the superficiality of looks alone. It reflects very poorly and negatively on YOU. Its immature and a sad example for your younger, more impressionable readers. SHAME on YOU!!!Also, whats up with the O’Bama bashing??? You say that you’re British, well if you are, why are you all up in our African American Presidents business??? You say things that you know are NOT TRUE (he’s NOT a Muslim) and continuously perpetuate the negative stereo-type that Blacks are not as good or capable leaders. SHAME SHAME SHAME.
I lived in Great Britain for a few years and met many wonderful people. Though we had our differences, I’m proud to say that we were never disrespectful or angry towards each other while expressing our views and opinions. It saddens me that someone like you with the ability to spread massive and powerful positive messages would use your platform for Pettiness, Bitterness, Narrow-mindedness, Ignorance and out right LIES.
So, in case your mother never told you, please use this adage in the future “if you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything.” There’s enough ignorance, hate and venom in the world without you adding to it, so leave all that negative TRASH talking and DRAMA alone…
A disappointed FORMER reader

Normally I wouldn’t waste my time writing about this, but Twitter was abuzz last night with complaints about her crooked lacefront wig and her Cinderella costume. “The only thing missing was the pumpkin,” they said on Twitter. I don’t see anything wrong with her outfit or her lacefront. Although it is sitting a little askew on her head. But if she likes it, I love it. I especially like how her baby hair is slicked down on the side Cassie-style. You go, girl!

‘Dirty’ Jets coach suspended for the season for tripping Dolphins player

NY Jets trainer Sal Alosi was suspended without pay for the rest of the 2010 season and fined $25,000 for tripping a Dolphins player on the sideline during a game Sunday.
Alosi was caught on video sticking out his left knee to trip Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll, who ran out of bounds while covering a punt in the third quarter of Miami’s 10-6 win.
Sal, blinking back fake tears, said on Monday, “I let everybody down yesterday with my actions. My actions were inexcusable and irresponsible.”
“I wasn’t thinking,” Alosi said. “If I could go back and do it again, I sure as heck would take a step back. It was just a situation where I wasn’t thinking.”
Carrol, who twice broke his right leg while playing in high school and college, said he wasn’t angry about the incident.
“We got a ‘W.’ That’s not my problem,” Carroll said. “That’s the Jets’ problem. We just move on. I felt contact, but I’ve got to watch film. I can’t comment on it right now.”
Many outraged fans of the sport believe Alosi should have been fired for his unsportsmanlike conduct. “What about fair play. What about sportsmanship and setting a good example? We know sometimes players go off the rails, but coaches?,” wrote a CBS news reporter.
While others were willing to cut him some slack, such as this comment left on CBS news website:
I think the punishment is fair. Alosi now has the suspension period to reflect on what he did, the poor example he set for his wife, children and the organization, and commit to being a better husband, father and sportsman.
The suspension will begin immediately. General manager Mike Tannenbaum said Alosi will also not be allowed to interact with any players or coaches “as it pertains to his job function.”
“It’s on me,” a contrite Alosi said.
JUDGE RULES GOV’T CAN’T FORCE CITIZENS TO BUY HEALTH CARE

Remember last year when US President Barack Obama said his dying grandmother’s hip-replacement surgery made him wonder if such procedures were practical?
Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, died at age 86 — two days before Obama was elected president.
“You just get into some very difficult moral issues” when considering whether “to give my grandmother, or everybody else’s aging grandparents or parents, a hip replacement when they’re terminally ill,” Obama famously said in an interview.
His words sent a ripple of fear through the elderly community. That was a turning point in Obama’s young presidency. It was the moment when many of his supporters saw Obama for who he really was: a socialist.
Obama’s words came back to haunt him yesterday when a federal judge ruled that a mandate within his ObamaCare was unconstitutional.
Specifically, Obama’s mandate that every American purchase health insurance — or be fined, or even arrested — was unconstitutional.
Critics have long argued that Obama’s health care was designed to benefit insurance companies only. The ruling is the government’s first loss in a series of challenges to the law mounted in federal courts in as many as 23 states.
U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson in Richmond, Virginia, said yesterday that the mandate on individuals in President Barack Obama’s health-care legislation goes beyond Congress’s powers to regulate interstate commerce.
“At its core, this dispute is not simply about regulating the business of insurance — or crafting a scheme of universal health insurance coverage — it’s about an individual’s right to choose to participate,” wrote Hudson. READ MORE
Muslim woman whipped in the street by police [Video]
This video will make you cry if you have an ounce of decency left in you after voting for Muslim president Barack Obama, who has repeatedly stated that Islam is the religion of peace.
In this video that sparked outrage around the world, a Muslim woman is seen crying out for her mother as Sudanese police take turns whipping her.
Other officers stand around laughing at the woman’s pain and anguish. Though there are English subtitles to translate the language, there is no indication of what she did to deserve such torture and public humiliation.
Imagine jaywalking across Peachtree Street, when suddenly an officer approaches you and orders you to get down on your knees in the street so he can carry out your punishment: 53 lashes across your feet? The cop is both judge and jury, and you have no rights to plead your case. “We’ll jail you for two years if you don’t sit on the ground!” the cop yells as he grips the handle of a horse whip.
“Sit down quickly! We want to go!” yells another impatient cop. As soon as you do as ordered, the whipping commences as lashes rain down on you mercilessly. The cop ignores your pleas because he’s just doing his job.
This is Sharia Law, and this could happen to you in the near future if Obama gets his way.
