Remember When Columbus Short Was Sexy?
Actor Columbus Short, star of the films You Got Served and Stomp the Yard, was spotted leaving the Entertainment Basketball League game on Sunday (Feb. 13). The 28-year-old sported a beer belly and a receding hairline. Remember when he was so fine back when he was a dancer for Britney Spears? Short’s next movie role will be in the action comedy, The Wannabes, in which he plays a villain.

My homegirl who is trying to drop 50 by end of May has decided to force me to endure pilates classes with her. I know they work….but I hate fukking pilates. I think I’d rather do a military-style boot camp fitness course than endure pilates. Too damn hard!

I could do the moves but it was TOO much damn work! And every class, I kept ending up next to this old 70+ years white lady who was a “pro” and could do the moves with ease!
Bish was pissing me off and making me look bad because I couldnt keep up and needed a break and she did it all EFFORTLESSLY.
Ain’t been back since.

It DEFINITELY tones you up…and rather quickly. But the pressure is just… too much. Pilates twice a week and some cardio every other day would prolly have you looking like Halle in a month or two. But I’m a p*ssy.
I’ma start back with it for my friend next week…can’t promise I’ma stick it out, though.

OMG, im so glad you posted this today! I used to be so inlove with him till I heard he cheated on his 8mth preggo (wife?) with Brittiny Spears… He’s still cute, but its different now.
