Is NeNe Leakes Obsessed With Plastic Surgery?

Friends of “Celebrity Apprentice” star NeNe Leakes are worried that she might be addicted to plastic surgery.

According to RadarOnline.com, the mother of two has already undergone numerous nip and tuck surgeries to improve her appearance, but she’s not satisfied with the results.

NeNe, who found fame (and a little fortune) when she took over the angry bitch role from Sheree Whitfield on ‘Atlanta Housewives,’ was spotted on Miami beach last weekend wearing a neon green bikini that exposed her rolls of tummy fat.

A source told Radar: “NeNe is determined to have a flatter tummy and she intends to have more liposuction done so she looks her very best this summer.”

But what NeNe doesn’t realize is that the fat rolls will only end up coming back.

Women in their 40s, who are going into menopause, experience a decrease in hormones which triggers fat production — especially around their stomach and hips.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Her friends are worried that she has become too obsessed with plastic surgery and have warned her about the dangers, but she just wants to be the best image of herself that she can be.

“She intends to have the procedure done sooner rather than later and at the moment she is hanging out in Miami with her friends Al Reynolds and Evelyn Lozado from the reality series Basketball Wives.”

Since becoming famous the 6 ft tall reality star has had several procedures done including a nose job, breast reduction and lift, liposuction on her tummy, thighs and hips plus new veneers on her teeth.

Sara Stokes of MTB 2 Choked Out By Her Husband… Again

Remember Sara Stokes from MTV’s “Making The Band 2″? Well, according to TMZ, she was choked out and beaten by her husband Tony — probably in front of their kids — before he was arrested and thrown in jail last week.

Sara could learn a thing or two from pop singer Rihanna, who was also choked out and beaten before she came to her senses and dumped her abuser. If you recall, the last time Sara got her head busted was on August 2, 2009, when she “tripped” and fell in the couple’s Morena Valley, CA home after arguing with Tony.

Even though she later changed her story numerous times to protect her husband, we do know that Sara fought back by grabbing a kitchen knife and stabbing Tony in the arm. They were both transported to jail after receiving treatment for their wounds.

I could go on and on about the problems with insecure women falling in love with emotionally unavailable mama’s boys, but I’ll just stick to the facts of the latest incident.

Sources close to Sara tell [TMZ], it all went down last weekend at a friend’s house in Georgia — Tony Stokes accused Sara of being with another man … and then allegedly choked and hit her.

According to law enforcement, Tony was arrested for simple battery — and released the next day on $2,000 bail.

Tony’s taking it all in stride … telling us, “Everybody speculates and blows things out of proportion. It’s a crazy kind of life. We’re dysfunctional. We need our own TV show. I love my wife.” Source

If we can find any good news in this sad story, it is this: Sara’s friend alerted TMZ to the beat down, which indicates that Sara is tired of getting her head bounced off the concrete. It is likely that she gave her friend the green light to spill the teas to TMZ.

It’s also quite possible that Sara has endured the violence long enough and she’s decided to divorce Tony due to the fact that she found another emotionally unavailable mama’s boy who she thinks she can change.

Women like Sara never learn.

The Bronx Zoo Cobra’s Wonderful Adventure is Over

The Bronx Zoo’s missing cobra is back home after 7 adventurous days on the lam.

According to the spoof Twitter account @Bronxzooscobra, the highly poisonous cobra spent her last night of freedom sleeping in the lap of luxury at the New York Hilton’s Penthouse Ssssuite.

The NY Hilton posted the above pic after extending an invitation to the wary cobra to bed down for the night. The cobra graciously accepted, saying:

Thank you Hilton New York for the cushy & warm penthouse suite for the night! If I had a “lower back” that would benefit from this mattress I’d sleep on my ‘back’- but since I don’t…I think I’ll sleep on my tummy. G’night world!

But on a serious note, Bronx Zoo officials say the 3-month old, 3 ounce cobra was captured at 9 a.m. Thursday, using tongs and a tool that closely resembles a golf club.

The famous reptile is resting comfortably after feeding on a meal of baby mice. She will go on public display some time next week. There’s still no word on how the snake slithered out of its enclosure last Friday, but snakes are able to flatten their bodies and slip through the smallest opening.
