Botox Mom: “I made the whole thing up for money”
A mom whose daughter was removed from her home after she claimed to inject the girl with Botox, now says she manufactured the story for money.
Sheena Upton made worldwide headlines last week with her claims that she injected her 8-year-old daughter with Botox to improve her chances of winning beauty pageants.
Upton now admits she was approached by British tabloid The Sun and offered $250 to assume the role of “Kerry Campbell” for a story called “I Give My 8-Year-Old Daughter Botox.”
“The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant,” she wrote in a sworn declaration obtained by gossip site TMZ.
The Botox story began to unravel after CPS workers removed the girl from her home following Upton’s appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America”. Investigative sleuths in San Francisco couldn’t locate a resident named “Kerry Campbell” in any of the public databases.
ABC has repeatedly stated in the past that they never pay “compensation” for interviews. But in her sworn declaration, Upton said she was paid $10,000 to appear on “Good Morning America”.
An ABC News insider tells TMZ, “There is no truth to the story about compensation, but they did pay a broker no more than $10,000 to license photos.”
Upton states in her declaration that on May 17, she took her daughter to the UCLA Medical Center and, “After my daughter received a full medical exam, the results indicated that she has not ever received treatments including Botox or other such injections.”
According to TMZ, the UCLA medical reports were forwarded to child welfare officials, who then returned Upton’s daughter to her custody, with the provison that a cousin would stay with her and the child for the time being.
Schwarzenegger’s Wife and Mistress Gave Birth 5 Days Apart
He must have been so proud: former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s wife, Maria Shriver, 55, and his mistress of 20 years, Mildred Baena, 50, gave birth to his sons only 5 days apart.
According to London tabloid, The Daily Mail, Baena and Arnold’s son, Tanner Baena, 13, was born on October 2, 1997 in Burbank, California. Maria’s son, Christopher Schwarzenegger, was born on September 27 of that same year.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver have three other children besides Christopher: Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, and Patrick, 17.
A birth certificate obtained by gossip website TMZ.com lists Baena’s then-husband, Rogelio Baena, as Tanner’s father.
The Baena’s divorced in February 2008, supposedly after Rogelio learned his wife had been unfaithful. Mildred Baena has 3 other children besides Tanner — none of whom were fathered by Rogelio.
The Guatamala-born Baena’s duties included cleaning, laundry, cooking and other chores around the Schwarzenegger’s Brentwood mansion. She reportedly began to “pursue Arnold” in the late Nineties.
Schwarzenegger, 63, reportedly had a strong sex drive, and he often had unprotected sex with his maid during the daytime while the rest of his family were out of the house.

Trailer: ‘Basketball Wives’ Season 3 Premieres May 30
I almost titled this post “Chickenheads” but I caught myself. Season 3 of VH1′s moderately popular, sports groupie-themed reality TV series ‘Basketball Wives’ premieres Monday, May 30th. There’s a new cast member groupie named Meeka Claxton, and despite the rumors, troublemaker Royce Reed will be back cutting her eyes and acting all innocent after instigating drama between the other cast members.
Season 2 veteran Tami Roman tried to jump start the drama by coming for Evelyn Lozada and somebody else on Twitter.com yesterday. But nobody cared.
Anyway, here’s more details. I don’t expect there to be a season 4.
Basketball Wives Season 3 begins with Shaunie O’Neal settling back into Miami determined to be drama-free. Shaunie balances a new shoe line, her love life, family outings and being a shoulder to lean on for the other ladies. Can she handle the pressure?
