when will these dudes (and women) learn…if you’re not married, get visitation, child support and custody arrangements set up through the courts; and all the drama will be eliminated. if either party doesn’t follow the guidelines, the courts will handle it.

i’ve never seen or heard of a situation where if the non-custodial parent followed the court-established guidelines (i.e. made all child support payments on time in the amount set forth, showed up on time and on the appointed days of visitation) did the courts side with a crazed baby mama just because she’s the mother.

here in Georgia, i’ve seen judges rip bishes apart for keeping children away from their fathers and threaten to award custody to the father if the mother didn’t abide by the visitation agreement.

if this bish was threatening to keep his child away from him if he didn’t pay X amount of dollars or whatever the case may be, he should have contacted the case manager, made a written report and a sheriff would have escorted him to pick up the child on the appointed visitation date. child support and visitation are two separate issues in the eyes of the law.

I hear you and i know most judges rule base their rulings on personal feelings and not solely on the rule and letter of the law. although i’d probably stereotype a brotha who showed up in court with his pants sagging, saying “yahmean (you know what i mean)” at the end of every sentence, etc. it’s not right, but it’s reality and if you want to be viewed favorably, you have to present yourself as a clean-cut, responsible, hardworking parent just trying to do the right thing by your kids. i see waaay too many people (women and men) show up in court like they’re heading to the club or hanging out in the mall; and wonder why the judge looks at them sideways. when asked why they aren’t paying child support, their reason is cuz the custodial parent withheld visitation; and unfortunately, that’s not a legal defense to not paying child support.

i’m in no way implying that’s you…just stating what i see here on a regular basis. i hate trying to have a convo over the internet cuz sometimes tone and intent are misconstrued.

I have gone to a dude’s house with my BFF before to wreck shop. She did not mess with his clothes though. She did:

Flush his ($200 each) fish down the toilet. 3 of em.
He was gone for the week for work so she unplugged his refridge so all his food could rot. It was August.
She poured wata on all his electronics.
Just raked her arm across his mantle. He had a lot of shat on that mantle too. Smdh…
Pushed all his books from his bookcase in the middle of the floor and poured wata on them too. Turned the AC off so they could mildew.
Murdered his leather sectional via a stabbing.

Only thing I touched was a wine glass when we drank all the dude wine. I said something about fingerprints so that heffa decided to break all the dishes.

I have NEVER and I mean NEVER gotten back @ any one who has wronged me! Not saying that I never wanted too BUT I just believe there is nothing I can do to you that God can’t do better! I’m not saying I’m using God as my muscle man, but in a way, HE IS! Everyone that has wronged me, in some way, shape or form, has gotten it!

its simple Pocession is 9/10 of the Law right? Here goes: The child that said Baby momma has is in fact half mine it lived in side ole girl. Though initially you would assume your smang hole is yours but by default if half of my baby comes out of you meat bowl then that means that I have a right to go in said cooter at any time.
