In Case You Missed It: “Single Ladies” Episode 4 (Video)
In case you missed Monday’s episode of VH1′s hit scripted series, “Single Ladies”, here’s the full episode courtesy of Yardie! In this episode, Keisha (played by LisaRaye McCoy) meets an anal doctor/professor/author who seems too good to be true; Val (Stacy Dash) has to decide between 3 hawt men, and April (Charity Shea) receives the surprise of her life for her 25th birthday.
“Single Ladies” is my favorite show out right now. The Queen Latifah produced series deals with complex, emotional relationship issues that most of us can relate to. Yesterday I learned that the writing staff is made up of mostly gay males, but who cares!
The writing is exceptional, but the acting can be stiff and drags the show down at times. I emailed VH1 to personally request that they never add NFL player Terrell Owens or singer Chilli to the cast ever again. How can we enjoy the drama if it is constantly disrupted by bad acting?

you heard it here first – stacy dash is gonna have herp in the mouth cuz er’ episode she got her tongue stuck down a different guys throak.
diamond’s introspective comments about the value of an education and how said education coulda/woulda made a significant difference in her life was the best part of the entire episode imo
i was watching Mo’ Money last night & seeing Stacey Dash back then made me wonder if she got her nose done..i could be wrong, just wondering..

The show is growing on me, but Lisa Raye’s acting is horrible. She is truly one-dimensional, it’s as though she’s not in character.

I totally agree, for some reason it seems as though LisaRaye is ad libbing her entire script! I keep forgetting its a series and not a reality show! Hollywood will never take her seriously, so she will forever have to use what her momma gave her to get what she wants!

I agree, Hawthorne is a cool show and although I went left field with my comparison of Jada and Will’s careers, it’s the truth anyhow.
The network was considering cancelling it.
However, if Jada stepped up on Single Ladies with that body of a 12 year old pubescent boy she’s got, she’d raise the bar.
ALLLLL them bishes would step it up a notch. I think they’re doing the best they can on Single Ladies, and it’s pretty good IMO. I don’t expect too much from sitcom actors/actresses, just laughs and drama.

IT’S NOT a good show at all. I dont know why folks won’t admit to watching it simply because there’s nothing else on Monday nights with all black casts. People are bamboozled into thinking it’s good because it airs after basketball wives and all are in need of a pick me up after that bullschit.
LisaRaye doesn’t act. it’s like this her normal life and she’s just having a conversation with the people. Stacy can’t act, she’s just a pretty face with banging body. I still can’t see why the white chick’s on the show. Lamon Rucker was on last night and in true form to this cast, he can’t act either. He has those same dumb facial expressions a la Why Did i Get Married.
The best acting was by Isaih Washington, a true actor. Trust me, had Greys panned out, dude woulda laughed at being asked to be on this horrible show.
So, I saw the ending…..and all I have to say is that what she gets with her cheating ass

It’s not so much Stacy’s acting, cause I will still watch Clueless and love it, as it is LisaRaye’s. Shwe talks as if she is reading a teleprompter. And the facial expressions!!! But I thought her acting was ok in All of Us and even Player’s Club. I like to connect with the character’s in the shows i watch but how can I connect with her when it seems she’s not connected to the character

ELove oh ok, they’re cute to me, but I guess au natural isn’t appealing anymore. These days most men are drawn to silicone injected bodies and tons of props like cheap synthetic hair, eyelashes that look like bat wings, contact lenses in out of the ordinary shades like violet and royal blue and long acrylic fingernails…if that’s the case then yes you are correct, they have zero sex appeal.

DMiss…say it again! I dont get it…the fake shinny azz hair…the lamp shade eye lashes…the butt that looks like it belongs on a body double their size…I dont get what the fuss is about either…I guess when ur real, u end up with real…all them plastic video hooos end up as someone’s jumpoff and mistress…cuz they’re fake, so to a dude, all ur worthy of is something fake…I could go on for days about this particular subject…glad to see someone feels me~
