Falcons Player Pours Bleach On Baby Mama’s Clothes; Vandalizes Her Apartment
In the 1995 film ‘Waiting To Exhale,’ based on Terry McMillan’s novel of the same name, Angela Bassett plays a scorned woman who pours bleach all over her man’s clothes and sets fire to his ride. Women in theaters everywhere stood and applauded this scene because they could relate to the anguish and pain that she was expressing through her actions.
According to TMZ.com, an NFL player is under investigation in Georgia for allegedly wrecking his baby mama’s apartment and pouring bleach all over her valuable possessions.
Cops in Gwinnett County responded to a domestic disturbance call at the apartment on Sunday night.
Atlanta Falcons cornerback Christopher Owens’ ex-GF, LaTia Terry, who has a 9-month -old baby with him, claimed the NFL player entered her apartment when she and their baby were out of the home … and trashed the place.
It’s a good thing she wasn’t home.
In addition to punching holes in the wall and destroying expensive flat screen TVs and other electronics, La Tia told officers the 3rd round pick in the 2009 draft also destroyed the baby’s crib.
Arnold’s Mistress: ‘I did NOT sell my story’
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mistress denies allegations that she sold the exclusive rights to her story (and pictures of her son) for six figures.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s baby mama Mildred Baena claims she did NOT make one single cent for the tell-all interview she gave to Hello! Magazine… insisting it wasn’t about the money.
“Mildred was tired of people selling their lies to the media or claiming to speak for her when they do not … She gave the interview in order to set the record straight once and for all,” her lawyers told TMZ.
Her lawyer adds, “All she wanted to do was put the lies and rumors to rest. And we believe that she has done that through this interview.”
Some skeptics believe Baena may have embellished her story (lied her azz off) about Maria Shriver’s reaction to finding out about Baena and Arnold’s son Joseph.
Baena recalls that Shriver held her and cried with her when she learned about Joseph’s paternity.
TMZ says no one from HELLO! magazine’s writing staff interviewed Baena. Supposedly, the full transcript of Baena’s story was delivered to the magazine by a freelance reporter “who has a personal relationship with Baena’s lawyer.”

Justin Bieber refuses to work with Kanye West
It appears that troubled producer Kanye West is still unofficially blacklisted in the music industry.
According to Hollywood Life, Even though Kanye and Justin chilled together in a studio back in February, the world’s most recognizable teen won’t have anything to do with Kanye’s new collaboration album with Jay Z.
Kanye, 34, reached out to Justin, 17, in order to have him work on Kanye’s upcoming collaboration album with Jay-Z, Watch The Throne. Even though the duo already has some high-profile guests lined up, including Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, they may not be able to land the teen sensation, a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
“Justin likes Kanye’s music, but he’s worried he’s done too many controversial things and it would hurt his image,” a source close to Justin’s management says. “Between the sex scandals, political gaffes and interrupting Taylor Swift, Kanye is known as a genius but a big risk to associate with!”
Justin and Kanye sort of collaborated in the past when Kanye remixed Justin’s hit song, “Runaway Love” with old school rapper Raekwon. But apparently Justin declined to work with the “Monster” rapper, or Jay Z, on any current project.
Gay Judge’s Gay Marriage Ruling Upheld
A ruling by a gay judge who struck down the Proposition 8 gay marriage ban in California was upheld by a federal judge yesterday.
In upholding former Chief Judge Vaughn Walker’s decision to strike down Prop 8, Chief U.S. District Court Judge James Ware rejected arguments that Walker wasn’t qualified to hear the case based on his sexual orientation.
ProtectMarriage.com, a Christian group, challenged Walker’s 2010 decision on Prop 8 on the basis that he did not disclose — before or during the trial — that he was in a longterm relationship with another man.
Lawyers for ProjectMarriage.com argued that Judge Walker should have recused himself, or disclosed that he was gay, because he had a vested interest in protecting the rights of same-sex couples to marry.
But after hearing arguments from both sides in the appeal on Monday, Ware noted that former Judge Walker didn’t marry his partner of 10 years, and therefore wouldn’t benefit from his own ruling.
Judge Ware, who is black, said judges who are African American shouldn’t be expected to recuse themselves from hearing civil rights cases even if they benefited from their ruling.

Baena said Arnold’s wife, Maria Shriver, cried and they held each other when Baena first broke the news that her son was Schwarzenegger’s love child.
In her first interview, with Hello! magazine, Mildred reveals: “She was so strong. She cried with me and told me to get off my knees.
“We held each other and I told her it wasn’t Arnold’s fault, that it takes two. That is what I admired about her, her strength and the way she handled it.”
Baena, 50, told the magazine that she and Arnold had “only a handful” of sexual encounters in the mansion that she cleaned for 20 years. She said they didn’t have a lengthy affair.
The mother of 4 also revealed that the former Californian Governor, 63, only learned that Joseph was his biological son recently, which conflicts with reports that she told him when he was three.
Rumor Control: Bishop Eddie Long’s Wife Didn’t Move Out
Last week rumors swirled that embattled preacher Eddie Long’s wife had packed her things and moved out of their opulent mansion in Decatur.
Not true says the spokesman for New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. The church released a statement saying the rumor was ignored because the church is focusing on doing God’s work, but “many people can’t discern the difference between legitimate journalists and irresponsible bloggers.”
According to Long’s rep Art Franklin, “Mrs. Long has not moved out and is very much a loving, dedicated and committed wife and mother.”
“It is unfortunate that anyone would make such hateful and damaging false claims of this nature. These cruel and insensitive rumors have the potential to cause immeasurable pain and suffering. Those involved should feel obligated to retract their earlier statements,” Franklin said. Source
