As far as the crickets are concerned, many other cultures (not just white people) eat things that are strange to us but are common foods where they’re from. I always watch Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman and he goes all over the world eating everything from bugs, snakes, frogs, testicles, EVERYTHING. You’d be amazed at some of the things other cultures eat.

Kids adapt to their surroundings that is why they need to be taught right from wrong and molded over 18 years (sometimes longer). If she were surrounded by alcoholics, she would be able to identify with alchoholics. Just because that is what she identifies doesn’t mean its acceptable. That poor child is going to be running around confused as hell looking like Dennis Rodman within a decade. You can’t raise kids in a bubble and expect to them normally fit into society. This ish is not acceptable outside the boundaries of Scientology and Hollyweird IMO. My son identifies with Iron Man but I will not let him around with a red/gold suit and a damn cape every day.

Lots of people don’t believe it. I based my opinion on my own family circumstance. I have a cousin who from the time he was a small child always identified with the girls. I knew he was gay before I really understood what gay was and he is a gay man today. I worked at a daycare and one of my nieces best friends was a boy who cheered and sang with them all day. Today he lives his life as a woman. Neither grew up with gay relatives. they make it hard for me to believe otherwise.

LOl at the Iron Man comment. We are talking sexuality not mimicking a movie hero. Have you ever watched one of those shows where people explain feeling like they were born in the wrong body? maybe that’s how she feels. We live in a much more open society and I’m sure the kids are exposed to gays but I don’t think she is “surrounded by gays” therefore she wants to be gay because it’s what she sees. I’ve had the VERY SAME experiences within my family structure ALSO and Although the PARENTS weren’t GAY (To My Knowledge) the Female ALLOWED the Boy to stay under her RELENTLESSLY… She also let him play with Girl Dolls/Toys and He only played with The Girls when around the other relatives KIDS (Real) He ADORED His Mother and would MIMIC Everything about HER… SHE thought it was Cute and thought NOTHING OF IT !!!
