Our lucky Louis Vuitton winner, Keysha Willis, stopped by Lenox Square Mall over the weekend to claim her Louis Vuitton Montorgueil PM handbag. My apologies to Keysha for the runaround this weekend. We initially told her to meet us at Atlantic Station at 2pm. Then we changed the time to 3 and 4, and finally we called Keysha and asked her to meet us at Lenox where we were doing last minute shopping for Alex Gidewon's ultra private birthday party tonight.
Keysha was a good sport, and she was so happy when she saw her bag! She said, "Thank you! Oh wow! Oh my God, this bag is thousand dollars? This is really nice! I like Keysha. She deserves this bag because she cares about others and puts others first! Bless you Keysha!
Thank you to Prince Williams of ATLPics.net for the pics!

Loyal reader, and this past weekend's Morning Glory, Shay Elise, writes:
I just wanted to reach out to you once again, and express my deepest gratitude! The feedback from you posting me as your "Morning Glory" has been overwhelmingly positive and inspirational. I'm still in shock that you chose me, but I'm so honored you did! Your readers are great, positive people, who have reached out to me just to say, "Keep Grinding!" God Bless you Sandra.
I'm forever in your debt;)
P.S.- I saw a couple people ask about the tattoo on my chest. It's of me and mother when I was a baby, it represents the hardest times in my life. And it reminds me who helped me get through those. I wanted her forever close to my heart.:)
According to one of Rihanna's music producers, the troubled singer just finished wrapping up her next album.
Still riding high off the success of her platinum album, LOUD, Rihanna is now doing post-production work on the album during her visit home in Barbados.
Verse Simmonds and his partner Sham "Sak Pase" Joseph, who previously worked on "Man Down", have made two songs for the Bajan singer, according to MTV via Ace Showbiz.
"From what I understand, she is closing the album up now, and we did two records for her that she really, really loved and I'm really excited about them as well," he dished on. "They are records that we wrote and produced as the Jugganauts."
Talking about the sound they crafted for RiRi, Simmonds said it's different from the reggae-infused "Man Down". "We always try to constantly - as producers, as artists - we try to always come with something different, a whole new sound," he stated.

Troubled singer Chris Brown released the cover art for his upcoming mixtape titled Boy in Detention, dropping August 5th. The cover art depicts a young, brown skinned thug with a row of gold teeth and short cropped hair. It takes a minute for it to sink in that the 'boy' is Brown himself. But isn't Chris Brown light skinned?
Is this artwork an example of what psychologists refer to as a 'freudian slip'? -- an expression of his unconscious desires? Does Chris Brown really wish he was black?
Chris Brown shares his passions for fashion and women on the illustrated cover of his hip-hop mixtape Boy in Detention, dropping August 5. The artwork, designed by Mina Kwon, shows a hand-drawn Breezy wearing sunglasses with a skull, flames, sneakers, and a scantily-clad lady in the background.
Last week, celebrity gossip blog TMZ.com broke the news that deceased singer Amy Winehouse was in the process of adopting a black island girl before she died.
According to TMZ, which seems to be borrowing from the MTO handbook of breaking false news first, and then fact checking, now claims a Winehouse rep denies the rumor that Winehouse was set to adopt a poor black girl from St. Lucia.

"We have reached an agreement," declared U.S. President Barack Obama during a packed press briefing at the White House Sunday night. In his brief announcement, Obama said the new deal to raise the debt ceiling "will allow us to avoid default and end the crisis that Washington imposed on the rest of America."
Obama's announcement, which came just hours before the government's deadline for paying social security and EBT checks, reflected a positive uptick in the stock markets and a rise in the value of the dollar abroad.
But the black middle class -- which is rapidly shrinking in America -- will likely bear the brunt of the hefty tax increases that are sure to come as a result of the new deal.

Fantasia shocked a crowd at the opening of some section 8 apartments by finally announcing what the blogs already guessed: that she's pregnant by Antwaun Cook, the man who left his family for her.
