Celebs Out & About: Kim Kardashian, Angela Bassett, Rihanna
Troubled singer Rihanna seemed in awe of the world-famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro yesterday. The 23-year-old seemed to be deep in thought as she contemplated her personal meaning of the statue, which was barely visible due to rainy weather. The singer and her entourage visited the famed tourist attraction on her day off between a show in the nation’s capital Brasilia and her headlining appearance in [today's] opening day of the huge Rock in Rio festival.
Her visit to the reverent site didn’t stop Rihanna from showing her azz in concert. By the way, yesterday, we heard from a source within Rihanna’s camp who told us that Rihanna “had to change her sound up” for her as yet untitled 6th studio album. That doesn’t bode well for Rihanna’s fans who have grown accustomed to her edgy hip-pop sound.
Kim Kardashian, who is normally a fashion plate, decided to go casual yesterday. She wore a white shirt and torn, flared jeans while visiting the Children’s Museum of Manhattan with sisters Khloe and Kourtney, nephew Mason and Scott Disick (not pictured).
Renowned actress Angela Bassett greeted fans after the first preview performance of ‘The Mountaintop’ at the Jacobs Theatre in New York City last night. Also attending the premiere were actors Samuel L. Jackson and Kenny Leon (not pictured).

I understand she has prior business engagements, but going to the museum with Scott does not sound fun to me. Seems like they were probably filming that show. You think because her mother has it she can’t have it? Did you know that if your mother has breast cancer you have a 50% chance of also being diagnosed? Only 10% of women diagnosed with breast cancer do not have a family history.

I guess going to Mexico and the Bahamas really made me look at life differently. Its seems like those people were much more happier with way less than what we have in the states. It wasnt a lot of pressure to be fabulous and all that chit. People was just being “basic” and doing them.
The lifestyle is so laid back and I love that!!!
