Former professional beard for Kanye West, Amber Rose, was spotted taking a walk through the West Village in New York City yesterday. For those who have no clue what she’s doing to keep herself busy these days, well, she has a sunglass line. And as you can see, she’s modeling one of her frames for the paparazzi, who she no doubt tipped off to her whereabouts. Amber seems to be losing weight and getting back into shape.
Former tennis champ Serena Williams was seen going out for a dinner with a friend in Beverly Hills, California last night. Serena hid her face under several packages of the best human hair Yaki wave weave.
Actor Lance Gross was spotted out & about in Beverly Hills with a LSLH trophy chick who wasn’t Angela Simmons. Lance Gross moves around a lot, doesn’t he?
100 meter World Record holder Usain Bolt and Luxury watchmaker Hublot teamed up to hold a race for charity at the Greyson mansion in Beverly HIlls yesterday. Ten kids from the Los Angeles based STAR Education after school program were selected through a raffle to race Bolt and raise money for the Usain Bolt Foundation. $10,000 was donated by Hublot for every child that crossed the finish line before Bolt did. Remarkably all ten children beat Bolt across the finish line. Bolt joked about a pulled hamstring, and $100,000 was donated to the charity by Bolt and Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot Managing Director (Pinstriped Suit).

I don’t think I’ve ever sat down and watched “The Color Purple” all the way through, but I’ve seen so many different parts that I have seen the entire movie.
@ Kingston…Harlem Nights is funny as hell, The Color Purple is a good film and actually has a nice *flow* considering that it looks like you’d feel like you were watching it forever.
I’ve never seen Roots or Amistad. I think the only slave movie I watched was Queen and that one with Omar Epps.
OH and The Feast of All Saints, which I love the book and movie.
