October 2, 2011 will mark the first annual “A King of Oneself” brunch presented by men’s lifestyle fashion brand AKOO Clothing and Grand Hustle Entertainment. Taking place during BET Hip Hop Awards weekend, the exclusive affair will be hosted by none other than AKOO’s Co-founder, Grammy award winning artist, actor, and producer, Clifford “T.I.” Harris and New York Knicks all-star Amar’e Stoudemire.

The invite-only event will be held at a private location in Atlanta. Invites have already gone out to 150 celebrity guests, close personal friends and family.

“We’re gathering our family and friends during BET’s Hip Hop Awards weekend to show love and appreciation to T.I. as he celebrates his 31st birthday, his new book Power & Beauty, and the growth of the AKOO Brand,” states Jason Geter, Co-founder of AKOO Clothing and CEO of Grand Hustle Records.

During the brunch soiree, guests will preview a sneak peek screening of the “Salute the King” fan-based documentary, a collection of videos submitted by T.I. fans from all over the world.

As previously mentioned, each invited guest will receive a bottle of Ciroc, courtesy of Sean “Diddy” Combs. All guests will be measured for a special AKOO clothing gift, and select guests will receive Beats by Dre headphones in their gift packs.

The “A King of Oneself” brunch is sponsored by Ciroc, Beats by Dre and MusicBusinessPolitics.
