Tiny: T.I. is the victim of a personal vendetta

Rapper T.I.’s wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, spoke to TMZ.com about the unfair way her husband is being treated by the feds.

“It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges — all because he’s T.I.,” Tiny told TMZ.

CNN obtained copies of bureau of prisons documents which detail the reasons T.I. was removed from an Atlanta halfway house last week and taken to the U.S. Penitentiary on Boulevard in southeast Atlanta to serve out his sentence.

According to the documents, T.I.’s wife, his manager and two unauthorized VH1 producers accompanied the rapper on the luxury bus that transported T.I. to Atlanta from a federal facility in Arkansas.

The feds allege that the men discussed the VH1 reality show and a book, which violates the rules.

According to Tiny, T.I. is the victim of a vicious double standard — “There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way.”

Tiny adds, “Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home.”

T.I.’s legal team has presented new information to the bureau of prisons that they hope will expedite T.I.’s release from the minimum security section of the prison and allow him to return to the halfway house. His official release date is September 29.

President Obama Unveils $447B Jobs Creation Plan

At 7 p.m. tonight, U.S. President Barack Obama unveiled his $447 billion jobs creation plan in a speech to a joint session of Congress.

“I am sending this Congress a plan that you should pass right away. It’s called the American Jobs Act,” said Obama. “Everything in here is the kind of proposal that’s been supported by both Democrats and Republicans – including many who sit here tonight. And everything in this bill will be paid for. Everything.

A breakdown of the jobs package sounds similar to the $300 billion pork-filled stimulus package that Obama signed right after taking office in 2009. According to CBS, more than $100 billion will go towards infrastructure and a similar amount will be comprised of money to states to hire more teachers and first-responders and tax breaks for small businesses.

There was no mention of tax hikes to help pay for the jobs package, but we know that’s coming. Still, economists see no Hope or Change in Obama’s latest money wasting proposal.

The Game Outs 50 Cent!

We knew when we heard rapper The Game mouthing off about gay rappers locked in the closet — that it was only a matter of time before he outed one (or more) of them.

The Game disclosed what most of the industry already guessed: that rapper 50 Cent enjoys a good, strong back stroke every now and then. The Game inadvertently outed Fiddy while responding to a tweet from @TMZ on his Twitter page today.

TMZ.com, which is run by entertainment attorney Harvey Levin — an out and proud gay man, tweeted: “@TheGame believes closeted gay men spread AIDS by “fooling” women to have sex with them”.

The Game quickly responded: “They do, ask @Oprah,” — before tweeting this:
