Cheney Urges Hillary to Run Against Obama

Former Vice President Dick Cheney thinks the time is right for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to run against U.S. President Barack Obama.

Mr. Obama’s approval numbers have tanked to the lowest level of his presidency amid reports that he plans to sink another $300 billion into a flawed jobs package that will send the national debt soaring even higher.

Obama’s prospects in 2012 don’t look good. Even Obama’s fellow Democrats are sprinting away from him as the chorus of “Run, Hillary, run!” grows ever louder.

Cheney stopped short of endorsing Hillary Clinton for president during an interview with ABC’s Jonathan Karl yesterday. “I think she’s probably the most competent person they’ve got in their -– in their cabinet,” he said. “And -– frankly, I thought she was gonna win the nomination last time around,” he added.

“Maybe if -– the Obama record is bad enough -– and these days it’s not very good, given the shape of the economy maybe there will be enough ferment -– in the Democratic Party so that there will be a primary on their side.”

If Hillary decided to run in 2012 she would certainly have the support of the rabidly leftist media on her side — especially now that they’ve put down their cups of Kool aid.

Remembering Eazy E, Who Would Have Been 47 Today

Loyal reader Raquel writes:

I realized how some people in this society can recognize most talked about celebrity’s birthdays. Not to mention artist’s that have made history in music period. Well today is Eazy E’s birthday and I would like to personally ask can you add Eazy apart of sandrarose. Not bc he is a talented artist, bc he deserve the recognition and respect. Out of all the industry conspiracy,Eazy is still a legend. Most important, having caught HIV and prolonged AIDS- which I still doubt he died of, its important to get the message out in the community to wrap it up and be safe. Eazy would it, who wouldnt want someone to be safe. As a huge Eazy fan/supporter his kids would great appreciate the respect and recognition because not everyone is recognized.

Thanks, Raquel

Celebs Out About: La La and Carmelo Anthony, Nicole and Boris Kodjoe

Carmelo Anthony and La La Vazquez Anthony were spotted leaving the ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’ show in the rain in NYC this morning. The couple discussed their reality show, La La’s Full Court Life, with Regis and Kelly. Am I the only one who notices how bored Carmelo looks on the reality show? He doesn’t come across as an attention-grabbing sort of man. But La La, on the other hand…

Celebrity Seed: Bow Wow

Bow Wow’s baby mama, Joie Chavis, who goes by the Twitter handle @Miss_Joie, tweeted these pics of her and Bow Wow’s seed, Shai Chavis-Wow. Shai is 5-months-old and we’re just now noticing she has a strawberry birth mark on her forehead.

The happy tyke lives with Shai, who is collecting modest child support payments from Bow despite rumored reports that he’s flat broke. Maybe if he stopped spending his money on nonsense…
