Why won’t they let Soulja Boy’s career rest in peace?

Why is this retard Soulja Boy still getting attention from the mainstream media? Some of you may have heard about the latest stunt SB and his camp pulled to keep his name relevant since he no longer sells records.

According to TMZ.com, Soulja Boy released a wack track titled “Let’s Be Real” in which he spits the line “F*ck the FBI and f*ck all the army troops.”

Unbelievably, the military responded to this moron suggesting, among other things, that he change his name. One soldier even recorded a diss record to SB.

The military stores have threatened to boycott all of Soulja Boy’s music (which they should be doing anyway since nobody buys the garbage). SB’s last album sold 15,000 copies!

SB’s camp quickly sent out a press release promising to scrub the track from his upcoming album and from the Internet. But as you can see below, the video is still online.

All of this energy directed towards a kid with a low IQ doesn’t make our military look any smarter.

Obviously SB was struggling to get attention like he always does, and once again he succeeding in keeping his name on everyone’s lips.

Here’s a suggestion to the media and the military: ignore this punk so he can fade quickly into obscurity.

Eddie Murphy Confirmed to Host the Oscars

The rumors are confirmed: 50-year-old comedian/actor Eddie Murphy will host the 84th Annual Academy Awards this Fall. Good for him.

“I am enormously honored to join the great list of past Academy Award hosts from Hope and Carson to Crystal, Martin and Goldberg, among others,” Murphy said in a press release.

“Rush Hour” director Brett Ratner, who is producing the ceremony, recently directed Murphy in the upcoming movie “Tower Heist,” and Murphy was reportedly Ratner’s top choice to host the show.

“Eddie is a comedic genius, one of the greatest and most influential live performers ever,” Ratner said in a press release. “With his love of movies, history of crafting unforgettable characters and his iconic performances — especially on stage — I know he will bring excitement, spontaneity and tremendous heart to the show.”

Tami Roman Covers ‘Sister 2 Sister’ Magazine

Basketball Wives Miami star Tami Roman covers the October 2011 issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine.

Tami revealed what we knew all along — that her role on BBQ Wives is scripted and that her television antics are just an act to draw viewers to the show. Plus, she’s got kids to feed and she doesn’t want to be kicked off the show!

Tami divulges, “I have to have a certain amount of income and VH1 pays me a lot of money to be involved with Basketball Wives…I’m just trying to keep my job, because when you don’t perform to their standards or what they feel they need for their show, then you’ll be written off…I got to feed my kids…”

If you recall, local attorney Phaedra Parks made a similar admission when her shenanigans on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” caused her to lose clients in real life.

This is why I have so much respect for actress Vivica A. Fox. Once she found out she would have to be fake to be on a reality show, she politely declined.

Tami also made a little loose change hosting a Black Gay Pride party for WassupnATL at Park Tavern in Atlanta this past weekend.

Beyonce pokes her tummy out in Croatia

Beyonce was spotted on a beach in Croatia poking her tummy out for the paparazzi. I’ve never seen a supposedly 4 months pregnant woman who looks like she swallowed a belly full of air. Give it up, Bey!

Lil Mama Covers Miami Magazine

Singer Lil Mama cover the Fall 2011 issue of Miami magazine:

Mami Magazine’s Publisher Algie Dewitt interviewed Hip Hop Artist and TV personality Lil Mama. Due to some shared interest: high end fashion, music and lifestyle, Algie and Lil Mama were able to carry on a quite interesting conversation. Needless to say the interview went well, but it was also a much needed and very refreshing experience for Lil Mama. The last few years have been challenging to say the least for this talented young artist, rarely does she find the opportunity to speak about the positive work being done in her career life. Mami Magazine was determined to get the positive side of Lil Mama’s journey. photography by Viktorija Pashuta Styling by Mr. Bradshaw MUA Grace Phllips

Rihanna Scraps album re-release for new album

Troubled singer Rihanna, whose life exists mostly on social networking websites, tweeted a message to her fans letting them know she would not be re-releasing an album of remixes for her platinum CD LOUD. Instead, the Bajan singer will release an album with brand new material.

Earlier we told you that Rihanna was in a studio recording her next album, but, apparently no one believed us.

Rihanna tweeted this response to a fan who asked her about a re-release: “I tht abt a RihRelease, but LOUD is its own body of work! Plus u guys work so F?CKIN hard that u deserve to act brand new!!!”

Rihanna’s depression seems to be worsening now that she can no longer bury her head in the bottom of a bottle. Has anyone noticed she rarely smiles anymore?

We know she’s reading. So we’ll just say to Rihanna: things will get better as soon as you change your stank attitude. Happiness begins within. Nothing you can touch or see will make you happy if you don’t get your mind right.
