Dirty Soap on E!
They’ve been co-stars, best friends, worst enemies, boyfriends, girlfriends, and everything in between. Working together on set and spending their down-time together, they have formed substantial bonds and created a pseudo “soap family.” Romantic relationships are tested when one person’s career rockets forward and another’s is stuck at “go.” Jealousies arise as actors attempt to jump from one soap to another, and arch rivals must find a way to coexist in this sudsy microcosm without ripping each other to shreds. All the while their goals are clear – to grow their careers and to keep their hearts and heads above water in Tinseltown – where it’s so very easy to drown.

New Music: Alicia Keys – “A Place Of My Own”
Rapper Jay-Z and singer Alicia Keys performed live at the iHeartRadio Music Festival held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada last night. During her performance, Alicia debuted a new song she wrote titled “A Place Of My Own”. How ironic that the song is titled “A Place of My Own”. Alicia might be looking for a place of her own if her husband, music producer Swizz Beatz, can’t keep it in his pants.

Rihanna goes on drunken binge after furor over wearing obscene necklace to chapel
There are reports coming out of Rihanna’s camp that she fell off the wagon (again). “Rihanna was doing so well,” said my source referring to the fragile superstar cutting back on her drinking in recent weeks.
The source added that Rihanna wasn’t too upset over the furor caused by her wearing her necklace with the obscene word for ‘vagina’ when she visited the famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Brazil on Thursday. My source said Rihanna dismissed the latest controversy. “She saw [the controversy] as another reason to light up [and] drink,” said our source. Rihanna does what Rihanna wants to do.”
Pictures surfaced of Rihanna, wig askew and drink in hand, frolicking in a hotel pool in Brazil with friends on Friday before hitting the stage for a concert later that night. The Bajan beauty wore a black and white bandeau bikini as she sipped cocktails in the pool. Her personal assistant, Jennifer Rosales, kept a close eye on the troubled 23-year-old singer to make sure no harm came to her. Jen certainly has her work cut out for her.

TV Judge says Georgia has “blood on its hands” for executing Troy Davis
TV judge Greg Mathis has spoken out about the execution of cop killer Troy Davis. Davis, 42, was put to death by lethal injection on Wednesday at Georgia’s Diagnostic and Statistics prison for the shooting death of Savannah police Officer Mark MacPhail.
Judge Mathis offered his opinions about the case from the set of his television show.
“Despite the overwhelming doubt surrounding his guilt, Davis never received a new trial and was unjustly put to death by a lethal injection.” said Mathis, who added that Georgia had “blood on its hands” for executing Davis.
But Mathis was incorrect when he said Davis never received a new trial.
As many in the liberal media have already pointed out, Davis was granted an unprecedented chance to prove his innocence in 2009 when the U.S. Supreme court, citing a “substantial risk of putting an innocent man to death,” granted Davis a stay of execution and ordered a federal court in Georgia to hear Davis’ new evidence.
Davis’s attorneys were given an opportunity to present those 7 witnesses who claimed they were coerced into ID’ing Davis. But Davis’ attorneys refused to call several of those witnesses to the stand. Most likely because it would be obvious to the presiding judge that they were lying — or they didn’t want to perjure themselves under oath.
But as usual, Mathis and all the other Davis apologists ignore the obvious facts in the case and choose instead to offer their opinions based on their emotions.
It’s a good thing Judge Mathis doesn’t sit on the U.S. Supreme Court. There’s a reason why he’s a TV judge.
