Lindsay Lohan’s a Man, Baby!
According to TMZ.com, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan and Cher’s daughter, Chastity Bono, have something in common: they are both men in female bodies.
Lindsay Lohan has a penis — at least according to her booking documents from today’s court appearance.
According to the docs — which lists Lindsay as a male — she/he also weighs 116 pounds.
In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail.
Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.
Lindsay Lohan is free … for now — TMZ has learned, the actress just posted $100,000 bail.
Lindsay has to return to court on November 2nd — where she could be sentenced to more than a year in jail.
Her publicist tells TMZ, “Lindsay is hoping this matter will be resolved on November 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling her community service.”

@ Necelove…i too, dont think jail is the answer for her. She needs some serious interviention, but abusing drugs shouldnt warrent jail time.. in TIP’s case. he had a gun charge, then violated his probation by coming in contact with the police, with illegal substance on his person..Im thinking that’s a little different. She needs to change her camp, surround herself with folks that really love her

AND, I don’t care what no one says. She needs to be locked up! Yes, she may have serious drug abuse prollems, but there are tons of ppl out there that do, and they are not given the billion chances she is given, PLUS, she stole AND she has not complete 1 hour of her community service. Just like the judge told her punk azz, “do you realize that probation is a gift, not a right?!” They assigned her to do her community service in a womens shelter, etc or something like this and she gonna tell the judge she didn’t wanna do it there because she is not connecting w/the women and it’s not helping her in any way! Bish, community service is not about YOU, it’s about giving back! I say off w/her fuggin’ head and give her some jail time. She is a grown azz woman and there are plenty of spoiled azz chill’ens that need to be locked up, but because of their money, power & influence they are presented chance after chance! She needs to grow up! She needs help, but no one can make her get that. She will need to decide that on her own!
