Rihanna’s ‘Talk That Talk’ On Pace to Sell 200K
It looks like Rihanna’s latest studio effort is on its way to tanking big time. Compared to Drake’s 1st week sales of 659K for his 2nd album, Take Care, RiRi’s Talk That Talk is only expected to sell 180-200K in the first week.
That has to be a major disappointment for the Bajan superstar who has over 9 million followers on Twitter.com.
According to HITS Daily Double, the pop princess’ latest Talk That Talk, featuring the chart-topping single “We Found Love,” is on track to sell 180-200,000 copies in its first week based on early estimates. Her previous effort LOUD opened with 207,000 in November 2010.
Mary J. Blige will also return to the charts with My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act I). The sequel to her 1994 classic My Life is poised to move 120-140,000 units in week one. The R&B veteran’s 2009 album Stronger withEach Tear debuted at No. 2 with 332,000. Source

I purchased MJB yesterday. After giving it a 2nd listen it’s good. I wish she didn’t name it My Life 2 because people will compare it and it’s nowhere as good as my life. I think The Breakthrough and Growing Pains were better then this album. But it wasn’t as disappointing as that last album so….

well, she puts out a new album like 5x a damn year! the public doesn’t get the chance to miss her music. i remember a few years ago people were saying the public was on beyonce overload, but beyonce hasn’t put out as many solo albums as rihanna (beyonce 4, rihanna 6).

I used to work with this bipolar/paranoid schizo chick
It was about 75 people in that office and she had every one of em spooked! We all had cubicles and she was on the phone talkin to her man and said “GOD DIDNT MAKE THE LAST GOOD PENIS WHEN HE MADE YOU” keep in mind she’s in her 50s! She cussed our boss out and the boss told rher to go home and she said she wasn’t goin anywhere and told my boss she could call the base police and that she could even call mars and my boss walked off cryin. Needless to say they forced her into a medical retirement

In the Probate Court, where I worked, you did not get fired….you just left or retired. Well, that bish refused to retire. One day she came up in there all loud tom’bout “I know you bishes want me to retire, but I ain’t going no where!” I dayum near lost it cracking up so hard! I kept telling them ppl she was going to show up one day in her army gear & boots rolling on the floor shooting up chit if they kept fuggin’ w/that old lady!

The lady tried to talk to her calm but then told her she had an anger management problem and baby………”You damn right I got a anger mgmt problem and I’m gon continue to have one as long as you standin in my face” I grabbed my keys purse and phone and went outside! 30 minutes later our unit chief came out lookin for me tellin me I could go back in
That is not a disappoint. This girl is the queen of singles. She will be alright!
