Jim Jones was allegedly jumped this morning in Harlem as he was leaving a recording studio. Allegedly Jim got into a verbal altercation with ex-manager Yandy’s boyfriend which led to a scuffle. Jim Jones was reportedly chased then robbed. Angela Yee of The Breakfast Club says that sources close to Jim believe that this ambush was put together by Yandy.

The meds I was giving have been causing me to gain weight at rapid speed, even with exercising and all the diets I have been trying. Do anyone knows what I can do about that. Its not recommended that I stop them because they are needed but geesh this weight gain is crazy.

Oooh yeah I would be pissed off too. If youre still noticing weight gain I would stop the yoyo dieting and start a sensible diet…6 small meals and beefing up the excerise. I have thyroid issues and honey please its a struggle to lose an ounce. I only noticed results when I stopped stressing about adhering to my “diet” and excer. regime. I just ride my bike, low impact cardio 3xs and Pilates everyday. I still eat what I like. I swear it at worth the stress.
