Fantasia and Antwaun Cook Are Parents of a Boy
Last night the Internet was buzzing with the news that troubled singer Fantasia gave birth to her first son. The baby’s father, ex-T-Mobile manager Antwuan Cook, was said to be at her side during the delivery.
According to RadarOnline.com, Fantasia, 27, was admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC yesterday afternoon after she went into labor. The baby was actually due on December 29.
Cook is currently still married to his estranged wife, Paula — who claims Fantasia and Antwaun began an affair together while she and her husband were trying to patch up their marriage.
According to Radaronline.com, last November, Fantasia testified during a separation hearing between Antwaun and Paula that she had previously been pregnant by him and had an abortion.

Hello all. I hate when children are called bastards. Every child has a father, period. (I wonder what they called Lot’s daughter’s children, in the bible, who were fathered by him.) By the grace of God, our children are most times born healthy. I must comment on how young women love showing there breastisis.(breast) these days. Recently, at my sister’s funeral, God rest her soul, her 12 yr old grandchild was trying her best to show some cleavage. I had to speak to her father about it later, that she’s way 2 young for men to be looking down her top, lusting after her. For Christ sake, mother’s use some common sense. A lady at work once bragged about her 13 yr old, what a great figure she has, lo and behold, at sixteen, pregnant, by 19, 3 children! At an early age, encourage them to read because knowledge is power and it’s sexy! I’m just sayin.

Old Navy coats are thin. You have to layer, layer, layer. Not worth the price unless you catch them on clearance. I say go with Burlington or someplace similar.

(with emphasis, nose turned up) Me: Well, I’m not married yet. (Note: Not that marriage is 100% fool proof, but I want the security and foundation for MY child. Not once did I comment on their situations b/c I don’t care nor did I know their back story). Them: Oh she thinks she’s all that.
Someone tell me, WTF is that about?! Religion aside, that’s simply what I wish for my child(ren) if I were to have any biologically. The conversation continued. My parents are still married but they went through a separation. We were shuffled b/w two households for a couple of years. It was tough, really. For me to not want that for my kids, how is that a bad thing? How is that, me thinking I’m better than you? I welcome all comments, seriously.

You have every right to want a husband to go with your child. You are just as entitled to want a family that includes a child, a mother and a father as I am to the belief that I want a child, but no wife to go with him <– hopefully.
I realize the benefits of a two-parent household, but I also realize the damage that a 2 parent household that serves little purpose other than to BE a 2 parent household can do. I am not a good mate, but a great parent and I am grown enough to acknowledge that thing there.
I would be a terrible husband and I know it. If I could find a woman who would give me the kid with no strings attached, I'd be on it, but because I know that's probably not going to happen, I'm going to save myself the drama and keep the one I got.
I love two-parent households and I wish I was the kind of man who could live with someone forever. I can't.

Ohpretty, I think it is to the advantage of a child, when they are planned. And I believe you are empowered as a woman when you take that position and be affirmed in it. I applaud you.
Most of us on this blogg have had children out of wedlock. having children out of wedlock does not mean you love them less, but there is a difference when having a child out of welock, by accident, not intended versus when you have a child, that you have mentally, spirtiually, financially, and most importantly and unitedly had with someone. My pregnancy with my son was not enjoyable (I was 15 and unwed)…My pregnancy with my daughter..enjoyable.. (I was married an she was planned) big difference.
