“I just shot my wife,” muscle-bound Clarence Cash, 49, calmly told officers hours after allegedly pumping 10 bullets into his pretty wife, Tracey Young, 42 — a top tax investigator who specialized in busting tobacco smugglers — in their posh Queens condo.

Detailing the gruesome deed — which included blasting Young three times in the face — Cash added, “My wife, she didn’t deserve that.’’

Young’s own mother was murdered by a lover when the tragic tax cop was a child, a neighbor said.

Instead, Cash turned himself in at the Midtown South Precinct at about 6 a.m. yesterday, handing over two handguns — his Glock and her registered Sig Sauer, the sources said.

I helped a chic one time… she stayed next door to me and she was getting the breaks beat off her. Im young at the time and go out there with a baseball bat and gave dude a few shots to the ribs. Let me tell you from experience that more things happen in the ‘other’ neighborhoods because people have a false sense of security just because it’s ‘other’. I actually have a friend who is a police officer and she said that the occurances in these neighborhoods do not get as much attention for obvious reasons, but that the wrap sheet for offenses, attacks, robberies, rapes, etc. is there and rather lengthy!

My friend who was a victim of it years ago said that once it happens there’s something in your head that goes off and makes you NOT do all the things you said you would should the situation unfolded.

Example: Chicks saying: “I would never..”, “If he ever hit me, I would..”

She said the first time her ex-fiance slapped the chit out of her she was so stunned and dazed that she found herself rationalizing the chit and keeping it from people because she was so embarrassed and disappointed in him…The most I’ve ever experienced was an ex PUSHED me a bit too hard in a small argument, and even THAT pissed me off!
