Whitney’s mom confronted traitor who sold casket photo to Enquirer

According to the Chicago Suntimes, a source close to Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy Houston, revealed that Cissy confronted the traitor who sold the final photo of Whitney in an open casket to the National Enquirer.

The Houston family source said Cissy “had a come-to-Jesus moment” with the guilty party and demanded the alleged six-figure fee for the photo be donated to charity.

Insiders are whispering that the person who sold the final photo was most likely Whitney’s closest friend and sister-in-law, Pat Houston, who signed at least one deal to profit off of Whitney’s death.

Whoever sold Whitney’s final photos to the Enquirer had private access to the death scene in Beverly Hills and the funeral home in New Jersey where Whitney’s body was kept for 5 days.

After Whitney died tragically in her Beverly Hills hotel bathtub on Feb. 11, the National Enquirer published photos of the food tray in Whitney’s hotel room, the still-wet bathroom and Whitney’s open casket.

Whitney only traveled with her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, her sister-in-law Pat, and her bodyguard. Sources believe that Pat and the bodyguard may have conspired to sell the final photos for a big payday.

In the 90-minute special for Oprah’s Next Chapter, which aired on Oprah’s OWN Network on Sunday, Pat told Oprah that she was upset with the person who published the photographs — not who sold the photos. A strange choice of words.

There is also the product placement during Pat’s interview with Oprah. I won’t mention the name of the company, but their products were on prominent display throughout the interview.

Pat mentioned the name of the product several times during the interview. At one point she claimed that Whitney had planned to film an infomercial for that particular product before she died. But has Whitney ever filmed an infomercial?

Pat seemed to be benefitting financially by promoting the product during her interview with Oprah — and Oprah allowed Pat to promote the product on her show — or she would not have access to Bobbi Kristina.

It might also explain why Bobbi Kristina never sat down with Oprah during the interview. Bobbi K. probably knew that both women were using her for their own financial gains.

    I had a gut feeling that Pat wasn’t to be trusted. The whole interview seemed fake minus Bobbi K’s part. Well O got what she wanted. A highly rated show. What is she gonna do next? I still think her ratings will drop again.

    Ok family I said this yesterday Pat sold tht photo, then someone else said it was Bobby’s sister who did it….but she was just throwing to much shade on Whitney with Oprah yesterday. I feel she or someone around her has always been the one leaking information to the media

    I didn’t get that promoting infomercial from the interview, but I will admit, something seemed a lil suspect with the picture being so to the tabloids, cause when she said that she was more upset with the tabloid, that sort had me like :huh: Looks like you would be more upset with the person that sold the photo :thinking: I know I would. The tabloid was only doing their job. But honestly I think its way more to her death, there is a higher force over whitney’s death, and the industry is part of it :coffee: so I am not believing non of this Shat!

    After hearing Pat’s choice of words in the interview, I thought she might have done it. That might also explain why Cissy also didn’t want to sit down and do an interview with Pat and Oprah. Then again, she might just have still been grieving like any normal person would have done. Much like everyone else, I don’t trust Pat. Period. :coffee:

    I watched the interview last night….I’m not pointing any fingers but the way Pat and her husbend looked when Oprah asked about the pictures was super suspect…Then when Oprah asked Whitney’s brother about the mom (how she was doing and the belief that she thought whitney would not be here long) and she answered her own question saying the mom said “Sometimes I’m not doing, and that she knew Whitney was a gift” he seemed surprised like he never had that convo with his mom before, just seemed rather odd to me… :think:

    Back in the late 80′s and throughout the 90′s-2000′s, I remember the rumors that Whitney’s aunt and brothers were selling stories about her to the tabloids. There was even a falling out between Whitney and her family during that time, particularly her brother Gary. Fast forward to now. Whitney is not here to defend herself and every other day there is a story being released to the tabloids. I just wish her camp would stop releasing these stories to the press, get a damn job and stop relying on Whitney to take care of ya’ll, and let Bobbi K. live her life by finding her way in the world. It’s a shame that the people Whitney trusted the most, won’t let her have some dignity in the afterlife. :(

    Sandra, you was right when u said what u said about that product placement and subsequent shout out. Because the first time they zoomed in on it, I mentioned it to the person I was on the phone with.

    To me, it was lauded as the “Bobbi Kris” interview

    I was thinking the same thing, like she was being coached or something. It is something I don’t trust about Pat. I hope she does right by Bobbi K, seeing how Whitney made her the trustee of her estate. I hope she dosen’t take all of that girls money. Her brother Gary looks shady too..

    Good observation Point! She sure was. No one else was in that frame of mind but Pat.

    And I don’t know about y’all, but Pat creeps me out. Yes, she’s an ok looking older lady, but she is creepy – like a funeral home director. And her house looks like a room from Phantasm. I hate that church/parlor look in houses – I don’t care how much that shyt costs, it’s ugly and it’s dated. Thick azz draperies and velvet stools and gold painted wood with paisley embroidered cloth and purple walls. GTSOOH! Creeps.

    Creepy I tell you. She’s creepy.

    That wording was clever too, like someone else mentioned. Ophrie clean asked her who she was more angry with, and she went into some pseudo-speech tom’bout “Taaaa-bloidsss…oh I hate that word.”

    She can’t be mad at her damn self, so she had to divert the attention. It was her or maybe it was Gary. Maybe that’s why he fell da hayle out after he got through singing the whole song. The song was over Gary. You sang the whole thing and then fell out. Why you do that Gary?

    Pat’s candle business which sez it’s Inspired by Whitney Houston on the site need to be shut down immediately. Folks is way too nosey for Pat and the crew to get away with anything for long. I was on the side of *its too soon for this shat* and felt the whole thing was suspect. Dr Drew who has no clue about Black folks was all concerned that Bobbi Kris was speaking to her mama. I wanted to threw stuff at the TV, that is what is gonna get her thru this. Clearly some family is suspect. Cissy not being there spoke volumes. She is the Boss in the family. Did she agree with BK doing it? And O for the lie you told, that was not a BK interview, at all. You dragged it out and packaged it for ratings. Hell you know O don’t go nowhere without her lighting squad and standing was not a good look for her.Forced and shady.. Major cool points lost.

    I gave Pat the **side eye** when she said she walked slowly to the room when she saw the hairstylist drop to here knees in the hall outside Whitney’s room door. Also, why was her room on the floor below when she usually stays on the same floor as Whitney?? Also, why didn’t she return Whitney’s calls that day? I don’t know about Pat. After the interview I felt she wasn’t forthcoming or trustworthy.

    That interview did nothing to answer my questions but gave me even more questions! Why did the segment with Bobbie Kris NOT look planned. Its almost as if they didn’t know if she would get to talk to her. I don’t want to hear Pat recall a scene she knows nothing of. I want to hear the hairstylist and Ray the body guard speak. The time they give between her last phone call to her family and when her body was found was not long. Why did someone enter the bathroom where she was found? Did the hairstylist call out to her, due to time moving on and got no answer? What made any other people besides the one soaking in her tub, come in? Did she fall in the tub and someone heard a noise…WHAT! So many unanswered questions about the scene….WHY! I have been know to go take a bath and 20 minutes will go by like lightening. If she went in with food and oil she was in for a relaxing soak. What the hell seemed odd about her being in the bathroom a period of time that warranted someone coming in.

    Why did it look like Gary was scared to speak in the interview. So NOBODY in the family told these ring leaders what happened at the funeral with Bobby…BULL! Why the hell did Pat NOT answer HER boss phone call. Why did folks tell her Whitney was looking for her. I swear something in me smells something gone wrong. One minute she’s eating, going into the tub to relax and nibble on her remaining food and then she’s dead? Just don’t make any sense to me. Now if they said cardiac arrest…we can put it to bed…No one has said jack!
