I knew from the first time I saw special prosecutor Angela Corey’s smug expression on Nancy Grace that Trayvon Martin would not get justice.

She told Nancy, with calm indignation, that she didn’t need a grand jury to tell her to press charges against George Zimmerman for taking Trayvon’s life.

According to Orlando Local 6 news, the city of Sanford is quietly preparing for the worst in advance of the special prosecutor’s decision not to charge Zimmerman.

Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett said on Thursday he was calling in the National Guard to forcibly suppress any uprisings if necessary.

Officials said extra police officers and fire department officials are on standby. Neighboring agencies have also been asked to assist, if needed.

“You always prepare for the worst and hope for the best,” Triplett said. “We’re planning for the ‘what-if’ case scenario, and that would be to make sure that all of our citizens get the protection they pay their taxes for.” Source

Zimmerman, 28, claimed he acted in self defense when he shot and killed Trayvon, a 17-year-old Miami high school student who was walking back to a friend’s house from a convenience store on Feb. 26.

Zimmerman spotted the lanky teenager wearing a hoodie on a rainy night. He quickly called 911 to report that Trayvon was walking through his gated community.

Apparently that’s all it took for the racist Sanford police department to spring into action.

The 911 dispatcher didn’t ask Zimmerman if he observed Trayvon committing any crime. He didn’t need to. Zimmerman’s description of a teenager walking while black was all the information that was needed.

Minutes later, Trayvon was killed with a single gunshot through his heart. A black teenager killed for no other reason than he looked “suspicious” to the overzealous neighborhood watch person who wanted so badly to be a cop.

Biased news organizations CNN and FOX News have rallied behind Zimmerman, who is shielded by a controversial law that applies only to non-black Florida residents.

There is no word on when the special prosecutor will render her decision.
