People magazine left many of their readers disappointed when they chose Beyonce as the most beautiful woman in the world. The frumpy mother of one was spotted leaving an office building yesterday wearing grey sweatpants, a silk top, cat print sunglasses and flats to match. If it wasn’t for the bodyguards and the paparazzi, she could have easily pass for a bum.
