Gabe Aubry Drags Halle Back to Court Demanding More Money
Underwear model Gabriel Aubry is a sorry excuse for a man. It’s too bad Halle Berry, 45, couldn’t see who he really was when she fell head over heels for his looks. That’s what dopamine does to gullible women like Halle. The brain biochemical causes gullible women to ignore every red flag because she thinks she’s in love.
Radar Online reports that Aubry, 35, was back in a courtroom Thursday asking a judge to “substantially” increase his child support payments. Why can’t he get a job?
From Radar Online:
A source says that Aubry is looking to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
Unfortunately for Aubry he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance.
The former couple split in 2010 after five years together and have been engaged in a bitter dispute over Nahla ever since.

Why does Gabe get monthly payments?
I still don’t understand custody battles. My parents got divorced when I was 5. I stayed with my dad when i was on summer vacation, Christmas break, Spring break, and when my mom would deploy. Why can’t they just work it out?

@Eb I am glad your parents were able to work things out but as you can see that isn’t always the case sadly. Sometimes its cause feelings are still involved other times just out of spite. Some men want their sons and the mama isn’t trying to hear that (can’t blame them).

100% I just didn’t want to get much into the subject of single-parenthood and custody bc I have seen how the sparks can fly! Welp coming from a single mother that gets no support, child support aint ish compared to what comes out of my pocket. In Georgia they go by both parents income. I am the bread winner cause the azz been dodging jobs
But compared to the food I bring in the home, the gas to take my child to daycare, clothes, soap, socks, Hairbows, tuition, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and a list of more ish 
Yeah the child support system is very flawed. 200 or 300 a month helps,(if I got it) But guess what it takes way more than that to take care of child

This happened with my dad too, my mom had a heart and sent a notarized letter stating that I was grown and that she would forfeit the balance owed from the back child support…it can be done, but it is lengthy and messy…it still took the state months to process everything…and I agree, karma is VERY real…

When my ex husband died he was on it like he was their dad. My daughter got through everything because he was right there for her. When a child can look at a man that is not their father and say I know my dad is gone but I have you, it shows me their character.
It’s not always about the money. He does doctors appt.,school events and anything so that they won’t feel some kind of way.

@Man-no that is not what that means. That is what I see him as not to take away from other men doing other things. It runs a lot deeper with baby gypsys dad, so him being there for me and my kids does make him a ‘real man’ in my book.
