Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz Give Back to the Community in South Florida
According to celebrity photographer Thad of Exclusiveaccess.net, rappers Rick Ross and Swizz Beatz gave back to the community in a big way today in South Florida!
Students at Carol City Senior High School in Miami got a major surprise this morning. Rihanna’s baby daddy, rapper Rick Ross made a special appearance at his high school alma mater to donate iPads to the CAP Program.
Ross was joined by music producer Swizz Beats, and together they distributed many pairs of Reebok sneakers to the boys and girls high school track team. The shoes are an incentive for students who successfully pass the college placement test administered at Carol City Senior High School.
Ms. White, the school’s CAP Advisor explained, “Rick Ross made history coming back to his high school; many celebrities and politicians have graduated from Carol City Senior High School but he’s the first to come back and connect with the new students”.
The Principal, Mr. Dunn (pictured above, center, with Reebok’s Damion Presson, left) explained, “We commend Rick Ross for giving back to Miami Carol City Senior High School. By doing so, he is setting a wonderful example for our students and community”. Most of the iPads donated by Rick Ross will be used for students to complete their college applications.

Perhaps it is our fault cuz mine is one of those I speak on….however when I have adults that can conquer all technology but then ask me where do I put an address on an envelope, I get a little confused. When I have people who don’t know how to call for a job properly but have a million pics up on FB I am again confused. Call me old school. I actually posted a FB status message last year about how folks can just Google whatever they need to know…I was joking, but of course folks chimed in…the bottom line is that yes, you can USE technology, but to KNOW HOW to use it EFFECTIVELY is where education comes into play. To take it and do something else with it is where education comes into play. Additionally, if one of my students turns in a paper that is supposed to have at least 200 words, and they meet that requirement, I grade them on everything else and will NOT take off for not meeting a word count…the key is following instructions and fulfilling a task, working smarter and not HARDER!

Well I’m an educator and I have a friend who is a legal administrator for the school system in her city, and I can tell you this…yes, many times the districts/teachers/admins are not up to par…but I’m learning more and more that many of these schools are just fine with their educational structure…the problem is the CHILDREN and their lack of desire to work hard and do better…students with behavioral problems and issues at home will never do well in school and the more students that have this problem, the worse the districts will look…the learning environment is then tarnished and the teachers are left backed in a corner… It’s a double-edged sword…

Yes true. But look how long Paul knew the lord before he wrote this. If you say no man should repent over and over again… well I can’t necessarily agree to that. If someone decides to give their life to Christ but is currently a crackhead or anybody with an addiction for that matter. He goes out and sins, he repents, he does it again and he repents and he does it a hundred more times each time he repents, you think God will turn from him? NO he won’t if God says forgive don’t you think he is the best at forgiving? A person may have very good intentions when they repent, but until DELIVERANCE happens, he is acknowledging to God daily, as we all have the option to do, “Lord forgive me of my sins.” God said in his words when we are forgiven it is forgotten. In Hebrew he clearly stated that you will be forgiven and HE will remember it no more… So you can’t ask God “Hey God remember when I fell short yesterday? God (as his words states) would prolly say “I don’t know what you talking bout!”

NO he won’t if God says forgive don’t you think he is the best at forgiving? A person may have very good intentions when they repent, but until DELIVERANCE happens, he is acknowledging to God daily, as we all have the option to do, “Lord forgive me of my sins.” God said in his words when we are forgiven it is forgotten. He did give us freewill to be able to choose his words over the words and bribes of other God that came down from the Heaven and messed with his beloved ones. God knew us before we knew ourselves, he knew that person would sin alot before they got it right. By giving us free will God-Yah knew what that meant. Many of us can relate to be know-it-all when we were younger and like many phases it passed. Redeem is and I believe filled with sincerity. She might be learning and running with it but that is just how the Words of the Most High can power you up and make you want to shout on the top of your lungs how wonderful it is to be in his sight and to be able to really call on him whenever you need. All she has to do is practice a bit discernment and let the words speak for itself for it has from the beginning of time and will even after our deaths.
I sincerely pray as a whole for us all and some on a more personal level but do know I want us all to be fighting on the same team…

“Your body is going to take away muscle and fat, then after you loose the weight you body will jump into starvation mode having consumed less than 500 calories,” said DiDonato. “As soon as you return to a normal eating the pounds will return fast,” he said.
Doctor’s say many fad diets are unnatural and could be the worst plans to try to loose weight.
