In Case You Missed It: Oprah’s Next Chapter: Kardashian’s Pt. 2
Talk show maven Oprah and the self-obsessed Kardashian Klan have proven that narcissism does sell.
On Sunday, Oprah Winfrey’s OWN Network aired part 2 of a 2 part series of sit-down interviews with the Kardashians.
Like most who have fallen from their perch on high, Oprah was forced to come out of retirement early to save her struggling network by putting her nose to the grindstone like the rest of us poor working stiffs. Winfrey’s backers discovered that her handpicked programs and reality shows failed to attract viewers on the power of her name alone.
Oprah and the Kardashian Klan, headed by shrewd manager/matriarch Kris Jenner, have prepackaged and sold their narcissism like sugary confections to a jaded public who gorge themselves on empty calories and high carbs.
Like Twinkies, reality shows such as Keeping Up With the Kardashians lacks nutritional value or intellectual content.
Is it any surprise, then, that the United States leads the world in obesity and illiteracy?

I read about that. I hope she asks LeBron why his family was the only one that didn’t run out on the court to celebrate with him like the other families did. It was sad watching him looking around for Savannah and his kids going, “Where’s my family? Where’s my posse?”

Naja- These kids don”t believe in sleeping in. My oldest son wake up at 6:30-7 begging for food like a malnourished child. They be in here fighting and carrying on. I am trying to get them in everything I can afford. VBS, free bowling, beach, parks and rec programs.

Good morning Miss Sandra, sounds like you were watching Newsroom on HBO last night- the U.S, used to be the best country in the world but it no lonnger is, partly the blame are the foreigners who come to this country, suck up all the resources, demand their share of the American Pie as if their ancestors plowed the fields and built the roads. No respect for the Patriots. There is no unity amongst the thieves, everyone hates each other because they want more money, more beauty more personal recognition… they didn’t plant one single seed, but want the whole dang pie.

The pill has always been my first response, not anymore. Alot of it has to do w/our diet. I was watching “The Talk” last week and Sarah Gilbert mentioned how the pill effects a body that is still growing.
