Miami Jackson hospital released the first photos of Ronald Poppo, the homeless man whose face was savagely mauled last month.

Jackson released two photos showing Poppo walking with assistance.

In addition to having half of his face chewed off by Rudy Eugene, the so-called "Miami Zombie," Poppo, 65, had two “mysterious” holes in his left chest that doctors say are entry and exit wounds consistent with gunshots.

Eugene was shot multiple times and killed by a Miami police officer who fired an initial shot that failed to stop Eugene's brutal attack on Poppo.

Poppo is recovering surprisingly well. His left eye is gone, and his right eye is covered with a skin graft to protect his eye since his eyelids were apparently chewed off in the attack. Poppo may be blind in his right eye according to his doctors.

Famed director Spike Lee is no longer confident that President Obama will be reelected.

“This thing is not a lock,” said Lee in a recent interview with GQ magazine.

“It is not a lock that President Obama is getting a second term and people have to really rekindle the enthusiasm that we had the first time."

Lee, who hosted a fundraiser for Obama in January, saw the light after meeting with a higher up within the Obama administration.

“I can't say to all the people that are unhappy with him that they're racist people,” Lee said of Obama’s critics. “People ain't got jobs, people are hurting. So I don't care what color you are, if people are out of work, it's tough. And then when you're the first African American president, that's not helping either.”

Shellie Zimmerman was arrested today and charged with one count of perjury for lying under oath about her husband's finances. She quickly bonded out of jail.

In a bond hearing on April 20, Shellie Zimmerman told the judge she had no idea how much money Zimmerman's private website had collected. In fact, she transferred at least $155,000 to her own personal account 3 days before the hearing.

Glamour (France) magazine caught up with fashion plate Solange Knowles for an intimate sit down interview to be featured in it's July 2012 issue. I just know Solo's sister, Beyonce hates all the attention she's getting!

GLAMOUR FRANCE: What’s the secret to your style?

SOLANGE KNOWLES: [My style is] very eclectic as I like to take risks, but I always cling to glamourous touches and classic details. I’m not necessarily inspired by magazines or fashion. I surf a lot on blogs and find it cool to see real style from real people. My travels also influence me. I always take lots of pictures, and then inject all those inspirations into my wardrobe, my home decor, or my makeup. And we can’t forget the icons: Diana Ross, Erykah Badu, Bjork, and Lauryn Hill.

Floyd Mayweather has finally cracked under the strain of prison life .. after only 12 days behind bars.

Mayweather, 36, was booked into prison on June 1 to serve a 86 day sentence for assaulting his baby mama in front of their children.

But narcissists don't do very well when they aren't getting the attention they crave.

In court documents, Mayweather's attorneys begged a judge to let Mayweather serve out his sentence in the comforts of his home. The lawyers cited his declining health, and called the prison sentence "cruel and inhuman" punishment.

Fashion plate DJ Solange Knowles and her son, Julez, attended the Stella McCartney 2013 Spring Fashion Presentation Carnival Party, which took place in the East Village of New York, NY on Monday. Solo wore her own hair instead of that horrid afro wig. Her soft curls and ringlets were brushed out into a natural that should quiet all of her critics. I love Stella's pantsuits and button down shirts but her collection is so prohibitively unaffordable.

Special thanks to for the invitations! was the first to break the scoop that Rihanna and Chris Brown were secretly seeing each other again -- 3 years after he beat the singer to within an inch of her life.

But now the brief romance is officially over, says my confidential informant. So what are we to make of this story in the New York Post's Page Six gossip column?

According to Page Six, Brown and Rihanna are “seeing a lot of each other in private.”

But that's a lie, according to my credible source. Yes, they party in the same clubs, but any reports of a relationship are fabricated. RiRi has moved on -- and we know who she's moved on with. Why lie when the truth is far more interesting?

Former New England Patriot WR Chad Ochocinco is no longer unemployed. The 34-year-old reality TV star, whose real name is Chad Johnson, signed a one-year contract with the Dolphins on Monday, according to the Miami Herald.

Johnson grew up in the seedy Liberty City neighborhood of Miami and attended Miami Beach high school.

He worked out with the Dolphins on Monday -- four days after he being released by the Patriots for underperforming.

Chad's final year with the Patriots was unremarkable.

Last year he caught 15 passes for 276 yards and one touchdown in 15 regular season games and he caught just one pass for 21 yards in the Super Bowl.
