In Case You Missed It: Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, and Single Ladies
In episode 4 of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Lil Scrappy finally gets his chance to put his “paws” on Stevie J for disrespecting his baby mama by calling her the B word. Although I don’t promote violence, it’s a positive thing whenever a black man stands up for his woman. Sadly, Scrappy was no match for Stevie J who showed everyone he ain’t no punk. Stevie’s artist Joseline Hernandez even got in a couple of licks as Scrappy’s baby mama joined the fracas.
In episode 7 of VH1′s scripted TV series, Single Ladies, April’s estranged husband, Darryl, gets sweet revenge on April by dating Jennifer — the mayor’s ex-wife (Pilar Sanders). If you recall, April was exposed last season as the mayor’s 9th mistress.
It’s funny how things turn out,” says Darryl as April picks her jaw up off the floor. “I guess things happen for a reason,” he laughs as he and Jennifer walk away arm-in-arm.
Keisha (LisaRaye McCoy) falls head over heels for a dashing (but narcissistic) general who turns out to be a hotel janitor. Hilarity ensues when a house maid exposes LaDamian’s fraud!
“You better wish you were in Afghanistan!” Keisha yells as she chases him into a hotel room. Keisha threatens to tell LaDamian’s boss and get him fired, but the cleaning lady advises her to think about how that complaint is going to look in front of all those guests in the lobby: “Excuse me sir, one of your janitors pretended to be a general and jacked me for my panties.”
“Point taken,” Keisha concedes. “Don’t worry, karma will get him,” says the maid. Keisha admits she has to respect LaDamian’s hustle. “I can’t stay mad at a player that’s got good game.”
And resident slut Raquel (Denise Vasi) hooks up with Nate, a handsome auto mechanic who sweeps her off her feet after teaching her to change a tire.

Erica is hood for the SIMPLE fact that she’s Scrappy’s baby mama and she WANTS TO BE WITH HIM. She didn’t just get caught up; this is like her type of man. I think it’s because man fights ain’t no punk and are rated R by nature due to violence and street fights are way worse than pro fights. Why was that some of the worst filming in the history of television hood twirls? I’ve seen better cell phone footage. If you’re trying to eliminate the negativity & fighting on tv, don’t show the beginning and the end. At this point I don’t know who hit first, who hit last, IF anyone hit. All I know for sure is that Stevie’s husbands back should have hurt after she ended up on that parking block.
