George Zimmerman will cool his heels in jail for 2 more days. Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. will rule on Thursday whether Zimmerman will be released on bond for a 2nd time.

Zimmerman is being held without bond on a 2nd degree murder charge in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Judge Lester said he was drafting the bond order at the close of his afternoon court session, the Orlando Sentinel reports. The judge made his announcement to a nearly empty courtroom Tuesday.

The Seminole County courthouse is closed Wednesday due to the 4th of July holiday.
