LL Cool J takes down burglar with his bare hands
LL Cool J may be 44 years old, but he can still go toe-to-toe with any man. The “Mama Said Knock You Out” rapper prides himself on keeping his sexy bod in top shape. So when a hapless burglar picked the wrong house to rob, LL wasted no time taking the crook down to the floor, according to TMZ.
From TMZ:
According to law enforcement sources … the suspect entered LL’s Los Angeles area house around 2AM, but unfortunately for him the actor/rapper/badass was home.
We’re told LL heard some commotion downstairs, went to check it out … and found the intruder.
Sources say the intruder had tripped LL’s alarm system, but the “NCIS Los Angeles” star — who is a physical beast — decided to go hand-to-hand combat on the dude … and managed to detain him until LAPD arrived a few minutes later to make the arrest.
We’re told LL is okay, but the suspect — who will be booked for burglary — suffered a few bruises.

ADW was my favorite show way back then. I could stomach the first season, but when Bill Cosby hired Debbie Allen to run the show, it was way better. Marisa Tomei had a starring role for all the wrong reasons. But, you knw you can’t have a black show without a white star.
Remember they had Loretta Divine (Stevie, the dorm director) on the show too? Some of the episodes from S1 were funny though. Keenan and Kim Wayans were on a too. Awwwwh the memories.

Igo BET could do better if they chose to. They want to cater to the same audience that isn’t doing anything for them. All of us who grew up on BET would stick with them if they would commit to doing better. So I have a story about acid reflux….
A friend and I visited Jamaica in 2007. We met some locals, well they worked at the resort. So the first day we met, that afternoon they showed us around the area of the resort. Everyday after that they wanted to hang, but I wasn’t feeling like that so I ended up hanging with some New Yorkers. Make a long story short. On our last nigh there the locals invited us to a house party 30 minutes away in Port Maria (I think). I wasn’t feeling that so I declined. Well my friend didn’t. She ended up going and hanging out. The next morning was our flight and she was stupdi sick…I mean it was so bad she could barely fly. So we got back home and she went to the doctor and she ended up tell me it was acid reflux…but I think it was something else to that.
So how to acid reflux start…does it just come out the blue?
