Promoters plan lawsuit against Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez
Albany area promoters took offense to Joseline Hernandez slamming them in statements made to the media after she bailed on a homecoming event that she was paid handsomely to attend.
Joseline, who was paid thousands of dollars for club appearances all over the country, refused to attend the Albany State University homecoming football game as part of her homecoming weekend contractual agreement.
Joseline’s excuse for not attending the homecoming game was — and I quote — “I don’t play football.”
Joseline also tweeted:
“Get mad at promoter u don’t run sh*t here. I do walk trus I don’t walk on no field sorry. I’m taking my a** to sleep I run my own show. I ain’t walking no grass at no game,” said Hernandez. “My job is done with what I say I’m doing on my contract. B***h I’m not coming to Albany to go to no game. I don’t play football that ain’t my Job. Albany sorry wont b coming.”
The promoters plan to file a lawsuit against the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star to recoup some or all of the monies they paid to the former stripper.

Our client will be issuing a press release in response to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s cast member Joseline Hernandez’s statements in regards to her “no-show” for Albany State University’s Homecoming game in Georgia. Ms. Hernandez also decided not to attend the post-game club event that was sponsored by our client.
