Tyra Banks’ model boyfriend wanted for felony assault

Tyra Banks’ 24-year-old boyfriend is wanted for assaulting a man in Beverly Hills in March. Rob Evans is a judge on ‘America’s Top Model’ — thanks to his girlfriend Tyra.

According to TMZ, Evans is accused of beating a man to within an inch of his life in March. The man was hospitalized with serious injuries. The Beverly Hills police tell TMZ that Evans initially cooperated with the investigation. But police haven’t heard from him recently, so police issued a warrant for his arrest. When Evans is captured he will be charged with felony assault for using a deadly weapon.

I can’t believe Tyra agreed to date this guy without asking basic questions such as “are you wanted by the police?”

I left and was gone for about 3 months. One day I went over to pick the kids up (yes his car had gotten repossessed), and my oldest opened the door for me and told me their dad was in his room. So, I went to the back, and opened the door to find him and my FIRST cousin in the bed. TOGETHER! I must have lunged at her full speed and dragged her into the restroom. I beat the -ish out of her there. So bad that she had to be taken by ambulance. I got my kids and left. A few more months down the line, needless to say, I went right back to him.

After we got back together I found out I was pregnant again and he made me have an abortion. I started getting depressed. Then I found out that he was back sleeping with my family member again. AND SHE HAD THE BABY!!! But, I love him so much I can’t let him go! He’s even asked to marry me! I said yes, but I’m still not so sure about this. I really love him and I really don’t know if I want to go into a marriage with all this on my chest?!?!?! Will I be able to forgive him, and for all that he has done to me? He has another child by my cousin, which makes my kids and my cousin kid double cousins. I don’t know if I can take this, but I can’t see him with no one else. I really don’t know what to do. People talk about me behind my back. I don’t have many friends because they said that he has tried to talk to them. I never believed them I have no one to turn to. I’m so stuck in love. SAO PAULO – A 41-year-old car washer shocked his family when he interrupted a funeral being held for him at his mother’s home in the town of Alagoinhas in northeastern Brazil, police said Tuesday.

Police inspector Roberto Lima said by telephone that on Sunday Jose Marcos Araujo identified a body at the city morgue as being that of his brother, Gilberto.

Lima said that Jose Marcos took the body to his mother’s home where a wake was held.

“The confusion started when news started circulating that a car washer had been shot dead,” Jose Marcos’ wife, Ana Paula, told the UOL Internet news portal. “Police called my husband and told him that his brother had been killed and his body was at the morgue.”

Lima said the confusion was “understandable.”

“The two men closely resembled each other and both worked as car washers,” Lima said adding that the man whose body was in the morgue was named Genivaldo Santos Gama. He said further information on Gama was not immediately available.

A few hours before the Monday burial “a friend of Gilberto’s saw him walking down the street and told him that his family was mourning him,” he said.

“So he went to his mother’s home to let everyone know he was very much alive.”

When Araujo showed up at his wake “some people fainted and others were so scared they ran away. It was a big shock,” family friend Maria Menezes told the G1 online news site.

Gilberto’s mother Marina Santana told reporters “I am overjoyed. What mother wouldn’t be after being told that her son is dead and then sees him alive.”

Ok, Ill give him credit. He’s GORGEOUS. The full lips, the jawline. The eyes… the six pack. That being said, he’s way too young and immature to be taken serious. He beat the guy down b/c he hit on him and supposedly doesn’t swing that way. Tyra’s old dry self is probably trying to freeze some of his guys so she can use his DNA.

Ok…this is a fun gossipy blog…

But Trendsetter… Seriously? You come in here …ON A BLOG…with this TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL JACKED UP PERSONAL SITUATION and you are claiming you really want some help? Seriously though? I mean… i just can’t deal. No matter how many people actually give you ‘advice’…the truth of the matter is that YOU ARE NOT ready to receive any advice or heed warnings b/c you can’t even stop yourself mid-sentence to figure out all this is absolute BS. I mean… after you wrote the sentence, “Yes, he puts his hands on me. I know that he loves me and he doesn’t mean to. I provoke him to do those things.”…. You didn’t stop to think and re-read it and say, you know what… let me stop this right now. But no… You kept on… “So, I went to the back, and opened the door to find him and my FIRST cousin in the bed. TOGETHER!”.

Excuse me ma’am. But after the 2nd paragraph, did it not occur to you that perhaps you have built some kind of weird coping mechanism for dealing with this knuckle-head? Did you really want advice or for someone to feel bad for your situation? BE REAL, Can you really stand to hear the truth? If so, you know you should have left his arse a long dayum time ago.
