Chris Brown

There are certain crimes against humanity that cannot be forgiven simply because the offender has served his time. Particularly violent crimes against women.

Women’s groups around the world are not willing to let Chris Brown off the hook 3 years after he was convicted of beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna to a bloody pulp.

Protesters in Sweden took to the streets to express their disapproval at an upcoming Chris Brown concert there. The Huffington Post reports that posters featuring Rihanna’s mutilated face have been plastered on walls all over Stockholm.

From Huntington Post:

“Chris Brown is scheduled to perform in Stockholm, Sweden on Nov. 19, but he shouldn’t expect a warm welcome.

Posters that feature the singer’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s battered face have been plastered around Stockholm, protesting the singer’s concert, according to the Swedish website Ajour.se.

The posters feature photos taken by police after Rihanna was brutally beaten by Brown in 2009. So far it’s not known who is responsible for the posters, which call for the concert organizers to cancel Brown’s show because of his violent past. The posters are the latest in opposition to Brown’s performances and albums across the world.
