Tichina Arnold shares her weight loss secrets (Video)
Who knew Tichina Arnold had issues with her weight? Maybe that was when the ‘Martin‘ show was canceled, and she moved to Atlanta in the ’90s to be with her lover MC Lyte, but she couldn’t figure out if she wanted to be a lesbun or not?
Actress Tichina Arnold stopped by the “Wendy Williams Show” today and dished on her recent wedding with husband Rico Hines and shared her weight loss secret.
Plus, Tichina gave her opinion on Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada’s marriage crisis, revealed how she makes her long distance marriage work and and if she wants more kids at age 43!

I always thought the gay rumors about MC Lyte were just that. I attended a meet and greet back in October I believe it was, and she was there with a man. A nice looking one at that and he held her hand, his arm never left from around her as they were seated. I have pic also, so what the hell did I miss?
