@Who Dat.. Yes, they have some ok stuff. That Kardashian line is awful though. Electronics a lil overpriced, but I always get a 20% off coupon via email, so I go enough. I like that it’s always clean and empty in there. I went to H&M the other day to try to grab some pieces for the lil one and it was like a rummage sale. I can’t really shop in messy stores. Its too aggravating.

Water is important for many different body types.

But also your sugar and process food intake can determine breakouts alot more than lack of drinking water which will just show dehydration in your skin and not necessarily outbreaks.

Since you notice it more with her increase in sugar intake then she needs to get in a liver cleanse which filters our food and food into our system and an intestine cleanse to rid of the waste. They are not painful or starving cleanses at all. She just will have to stay away from some of the yummies she like for a week at most and let her do it often like once a month for the easy cleanses for a weekend once she detox her body with a longer cleanse.
