What I mean is..sometimes a White actor is cast…when a Black or other minority actor could’ve just as well played the part. The race of the character was not germane story line.
For instance… Beverly Hills Cop was written specifically with Slyvester Stallone in mind. He passed on it…Eddie Murphy then got the role. See, the race of Axel Foley didnt matter.
